I create heartfelt, story-led ceremonies for couples getting married in Portugal, from intimate elopements to joyful celebrations surrounded by family and friends.
I work in both English and Portuguese and often create bilingual ceremonies for international couples.
With a background in performance and storytelling, I bring warmth, presence and a natural flow to every ceremony.
My goal is for your ceremony to feel like the most meaningful moment of the day, a moment where your story is truly seen and celebrated.

= areas covered (up to 160 miles)I love weddings just as much as I love elopements. With elopements, I often feel especially close to the couple, when it’s just the two of them, the moment feels incredibly tender and intimate.
At the same time, there is something truly magical about telling a couple’s story in front of their friends and family, feeling the love and appreciation in the room (even when we are outside) and how that energy ripples through everyone present.
I also have to confess I’m a bit of a sucker for nature , so ceremonies outdoors, surrounded by trees or the sea, always feels wonderful.
I started celebrating ceremonies eight years ago, working with a wedding planner before beginning my journey with a wedding celebrant company. After some time, I began to notice that couples whose weddings I had celebrated were recommending me to their friends and family. That’s when I decided to go freelance.
When I arrive at the venue, I first liaise with the host or venue coordinator to ensure we are properly introduced and that everything is in place for the ceremony.
I then connect with the sound technician, band or DJ to confirm timings, music cues and any technical details.
I also speak with the photographers and videographers so they know where the couple will stand, how the ceremony will flow, and when key moments will happen. If the ceremony is being filmed, I make sure the videographer knows who should be mic’d.
I normally arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour before the ceremony, which gives us time to fine-tune any last details and allows me to be fully present to welcome your guests and help set the tone for the ceremony.
