Corporate gigs and weddings but we are open to everything
I got into gigging through school and college performances. A lot of us in The Locals Brass Band came from different college programs we were all doing our own thing, playing in marching bands, jazz ensembles, and campus events. Over time, we crossed paths at shows, festivals, and even just casual jam sessions around the city. Eventually, we realized we had something special when we played together the energy, the chemistry, and the sound just clicked. That’s when we decided to make it official and form The Locals Brass Band, turning those college connections into a group that’s now out in the community, gigging and sharing the music we love.
