Things of Swing is a musical collective focused on reproducing traditional New Orleans Jazz from the early swing years (1900-1920), as well as some more widely known tunes made famous by later stars such as Ella Fitzerald or Louis Amstrong.
An open collective of musicians drawn from a variety of nationalities (Czechia, Spain, USA, Switzerland, Greece) that come together to merge their wide influences, adding some spice to the style.
The core members of the band are the trio formed by Goldsmith, Bačova and Pendleton. Together they provide a full show and a perfect ground for other collaborators to join in, expanding the formation to include drums, additional guitar or banjo, or even a full horn section.
No matter the size, from the street to the stage,this music invites dance, romance, humor and tears, sometimes all at once!

Things of Swing ist ein Musikkollektiv, das sich hauptsächlich auf die traditioneller Musik des New Orleans Jazz konzentriert Hot Swing aus den frühen Swing-Jahren (1900-1920) sowie einige bekanntere Melodien welche durch Stars wie Ella Fitzerald oder Louis Amstrong weltberühmt wurden.
Das Kollektiv: Musiker verschiedener Nationalitäten (Tschechien, Spanien, USA, Schweiz, Griechenland), zusammengekommen, um ihre breite Erfahrung zu verschmelzen. Einflüsse, die dem alten Stil Würze verleihen.
Die Kernmitglieder der Band sind das Trio; bestehend aus Goldsmith, Bačova und Pendleton. Zusammen bieten sie eine vollständige Show und einen perfekten Boden für aweitere Mitwirkende wie Schlagzeug, weitere Gitarre / Banjo oder sogar eine komplette Bläsersektion.
Unabhängig von der Größe, von der Straße bis zur Bühne, diese Musik lädt zum Tanzen ein.

Things of Swing est un collectif musical principalement axé sur la reproduction du jazz traditionnel de la Nouvelle-Orléans des premières années du swing (1900-1920), ainsi que de certains morceaux plus connus rendus célèbres par des stars ultérieures telles qu'Ella Fitzerald ou Louis Armstrong.
Un collectif ouvert de musiciens issus de diverses nationalités (Tchéquie, Espagne, États-Unis, Suisse, Grèce) qui se réunissent pour fusionner leurs influences diverses, ajoutant un peu de piquant au style.
Les membres principaux du groupe sont le trio formé par Goldsmith, Bačova et Pendleton. Ensemble, ils offrent un spectacle complet et un terrain parfait pour que d'autres collaborateurs se joignent à eux, élargissant la formation pour inclure des percussions, une guitare ou un banjo supplémentaire, ou même une section de cuivres complète.
