We require a performance space of approx 8m x3m with at least 1 double socket. Parking for 3 cars and if booking for an outside gig, a cover over the performance area.
We need to know directions to the venue, what time we can load in and set up and if there is a sound limiter. We can provide an electric kit and operate a silent stage to mitigate any noise concerns
Yes- we are completely self contained with 5k Mackie PA system (x2 subs and tops) and upto x3 multi light bars
We can provide a playlist service before and after the band. Genre/ style of the playlist cam be agreed with the customer ie Britpop/ party songs
We played at an event for the Kings coronation weekend, providing live music outside a local pub as part of a carnival day. The whole community was involved, dressing up to celebrate the day and we had everyone in the area up dancing, singing and enjoying the occassion
We love playing all sorts of events but private functions- parties or weddings are our favourite to do. We can get to know the host(s) and tailor our set accordingly to get everyone up and dancing
The band is made up of 5 individuals who have all got many years of extensive musical and gigging backgrounds, making a Wired2Party gig a memorable event!
The band have been influenced by a range of artists as can be seen by the diverse set list, but our favourite song is by the brilliant Candi Staton and Young Hearts- a real crowd favourite and guaranteed to get the audience dancing
We normally arrive 2 hours before the performance time to allow time to set up and sound check before we start our first set.
We normally play x 2 45min sets or x2 60 mins with a break in-between. We normally start playing around 9pm for an evening event as this generally suits the audience best. On arrival at your venue, we can quickly setup our PA system and start playing a playlist background music, while we set up behind.
We are happy to play outside as long as there is a covered area to protect our equipment if there is any risk of rain!
We have a set list and repatoire list that we are happy to share and discuss with the client. For a wedding or special event we are happy to learn the first dance or special song at no extra cost.
