"Jack was brilliant! He played everything we asked for and by the end of the night he was playing loads of Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter and Olivia Rodrigo for a singalong, he enjoyed the challenge of playing the requests and you could tell he was having fun with it."

"On a sunny day in July we had the wedding of our dreams in the garden of our family home. The day was made even more magical by the sublime music, played with unobtrusive charm by Kieran. His guitar playing was wonderful. As one guest said, “I didn’t even get to the entry of the bride, I started crying for the beauty of the music!” We will always be grateful that he was a part of our day and he will probably never know what an important part he played. "

"Last May we attended a cultural event where we listened to a musician performing alone singing and playing the guitar. The performance was so good that we decided to ask him to perform at our birthday party a couple of weeks later. We had a limited budget and almost 40 gasts at the party. And here is what "TikkieMeer,TikkieMinder" made a difference. They can scale up/down their team to fit the budget and still give an outstanding performance. They started on time, brought their own equipment. So no hassle at all. Initially we planned to play music from a playlist but this band gives so much more ambience. They adapted their music to the atmosphere and made the evening a success. So we concluded that it was the perfect choice to hire them. "

"A huge thank you Oak & Brass, for keeping us entertained all evening with your brilliant varied repertoire and friendly banter. Also, thanks very much for the songs you improvised for us towards the end of a great evening. Oak & Brass are very talented singers/guitarists, and able to adapt to so many different styles of song, giving some great entertainment. "Well now I need to go and plan another event just to have Drew back, so I can enjoy his music a little longer ha ha. That is, if you love the harmonica, guitar and the blues dobro, I could listen to it all day. On a serious note, my memorial event for my father who passed was MADE because Drew was able to take one of my Dads songs he wrote and make it come alive. Along with singing other chosen special songs too, (amazing Grace on the dobro was something I didn’t know I needed) it made the whole event. I was so thankful for the extra time and care he took with the song, and working with me! Definitely recommend Drew, you won’t be disappointed!"

"Well last night we was at The Crofton Pub, great venue for some live music loads of space to set up your gear etc and lots of fine ales to sample and boy where they good. Anyway were not here to talk about ales but music! The band playing was called Father Jack, I believe to be in relation with Father Ted the program. The music was fantastic, it was Celtic and very lively, they had, guitar, drums and violin/Banjo/12 string ukelele. As we said the music was lively and very entertaining, in between them singing they would play some instrumental numbers. The instrumental numbers where great as they would get faster and faster and get the crowd going. The crowd where thoroughly enjoying themselves. When we got to our table one of the guys was handing out I guess karaoke handouts, these had the chorus to the some of the songs they where singing, I’ve never seen this before but it has to be a brilliant idea, as the evening went on and the beer was flowing, more and more people joined in with singing in the chorus of the songs. It would seem everyone had a great evening with Father Jack, I would definitely recommend them and if you see them advertised go a long and have a sing-a-long with them, you wont regret it!"
