"We hired Julian to perform during the cocktail hour of our wedding in Girona, and he was fantastic. His soft, jazzy style created a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and his professionalism made everything so easy. He even learned a special song for us. Highly recommend!"

"The band was a wonderful highlight of our wedding, which held 2 weeks ago in Thessaloniki. The saxophonist, Sofia played even before I arrived at the church yard and after the end of the ceremony, and then the three of them (Sophia, Natasha and Tasos) played and sang jazz songs. All of our guests did enjoy the party and loved the band! It was the best decision that we could have made to work with the Velvet Trio! Our cooperation was really good and we had a pretty good communication before the wedding! We truly recommend them for a wonderful event!"

"100 percent recommended! With or without loop station Phileas plays creative cover versions from the Beatles to David Bowie and Queen to Edward Sharpe. We could choose from a list of over 300 songs! We were absolutely thrilled and so were our guests!"

"This service was recommended to us by friends, and we are so glad we followed their advice. The organ music during our ceremony in Canton Ticino was simply beautiful. The attention to detail and the ability to create the perfect atmosphere made a huge difference. The piano performance during the reception was equally impressive. "I recently booked 'Pharaoh and the Beats' for my 50th Birthday Party. I really wanted live music but was keen to hear the band first, before I committed. Leanne, the lead singer was totally great. She invited us to a rehearsal and to another event the band were performing at. When we heard them, we were blown away and did not hesitate to book them for our party. On the night, they played a brilliant mix of music that got everyone up on their feet. All my guests agreed with us that they are a fabulous band and Leanne has a gorgeous soulful voice. Leanne also asked if there was anything we would particularly like them to perform.... As it happens, there was a song and the band learnt it especially for us and performed it brilliantly on the night. It put the perfect touch to a really memorable evening. If you are looking for a class act - look no further. Just book them!"

"We booked String Musicians London for our company Christmas Party, and they did not disappoint! We hired a quartet to perform Bridgerton-style music and they also added in some Christmas songs too. It added a whole extra level to the style of the event and all our guests loved them!"

"Rev Ferriday's musical past dates back to the late 1980s, with Indie rock band Loop but it was only in 2012 when his first solo album appeared. The follow-up is all set to be released on 21 October.With bluesy harmonica well to the fore, deep vocals and general grungy feel, Nine Beats presents nine slices of down 'n' dirty blues, described in the publicity blurb as inhabiting a place ''somewhere between Johnny Cash and Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds.'' On close inspection, I'd say the description is not a million miles from the truth. The sound reminds me of other artists too, such as Ian Siegal (especially from his Revelator era).Mostly, the pace is uptempo, with a rock feel, but there is room for the occasional step into the world of more traditional blues, such as10/6.Catchy riffs abound; it's all toe-tappingly good stuff with simple enough arrangements that were presumably designed to be played live.Stand out tracks: Moonshine, Nine Beats."
