"Absolutely Brilliant brilliant brilliant! I hired Matthew for my wedding at Metropolis in May 2025 and it was the best decision I’d ever made. He is undoubtedly one of the most talented musicians I’ve ever heard. Not only that, the process of organising what kind of music and the details of my specifications on the night were far exceeded. Matthew always replied to my emails promptly, always accommodated my requests and went above and beyond what I expected at my wedding reception. My guests still rave about how great he was till today!"

"Sapevamo fin da subito che la musica sarebbe stato uno degli elementi più importanti del nostro matrimonio, perciò abbiamo ricercato con cura per trovare qualcuno che fosse bravo, intrattenitore, ma anche affine ai nostri gusti. Non appena ci siamo imbattuti nei The Weddingers, sapevamo di aver trovato quello che cercavamo. E non appena abbiamo conosciuto Davide, fin da subito gentile, simpatico e disponibile, non abbiamo esitato a confermarli! Gli abbiamo chiesto una canzone che non avevano in repertorio, da eseguire in acustico per l'ingresso sposa, e dopo neanche un'ora Davide ci ha inviato un video mentre la eseguiva già alla perfezione. Abbiamo poi conosciuto Giacomo e Mario il giorno stesso del matrimonio e anche con loro si è creata subito simpatia e affinità. Noi desideravamo una festa, volevamo che gli ospiti si divertissero fin da subito e non che si sentissero "costretti" ai balli solo alla fine serata come da copione. Beh, quando abbiamo visto i nostri amici scatenarsi già all'aperitivo, siamo rimasti veramente estasiati e abbiamo capito di aver fatto centro! I Weddingers li hanno poi fatti cantare e ballare nuovamente durante la cena, e poi di nuovo dopo il taglio torta e per finire al DJ set. Veramente, non potevamo chiedere di più! È tutto ciò che abbiamo sempre sognato e il merito è in gran parte loro! Ciliegina sulla torta è stato poi quando mi sono unita a loro alla chitarra elettrica per qualche pezzo a fine serata. Ne avevamo concordato solo uno, ma alla fine ne abbiamo fatti tre. E nonostante io fossi molto arrugginita e abbia steccato qualche passaggio, loro son stati i perfetti band mates e mi hanno accompagnata alla perfezione in questo momento indimenticabile. Neanche da dire che tutti gli ospiti ci hanno fatto i mega complimenti e già chiesto anche i contatti. Ragazzi, che dire? Non smetteremo mai di ringraziarvi per averci fatto emozionare, divertire, cantare e ballare e per essere stati l'accompagnamento perfetto per il nostro matrimonio da sogno."

"We had the absolute pleasure of having Amado Duet (violin and cello) perform in our home, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment they began playing, we felt transported to a Baroque-like era—the music was breathtaking, elegant, and soul-stirring. Their setup and choice of pieces were impeccable, and their sheer talent left us in awe. What impressed me even more was their flexibility: despite booking them last minute and requesting a piece outside their repertoire, they delivered it beautifully without hesitation. Beyond their extraordinary musicianship, they are also truly lovely people—warm, professional, and a joy to have around. We cannot wait to invite them back again. Highly, highly recommended!"

"Thank you again Terry for making my 40th sooo special! Terry was very professional but at the same time mingled amongst my friends and family and got deep into the party. He really is very talented, playing along to my play list of all types of music. We all especially loved him playing to my friend on the decks, playing funky house, this really got the party going didn’t want him to leave!! Highly recommend! Great night had by all. X"

"We had our wedding in Taormina, and The Italian Soul & Jazz Band were the highlight of the evening. Their energy and class turned our reception into an unforgettable celebration. Beautiful vocals, elegant sound, and total professionalism from start to finish. They arrived slightly late due to heavy traffic, but they handled everything with such grace and flexibility. Still, we’ll give them a solid (9/10) — only because perfection started a few minutes late!"

Ramones - Baby I love you, was my favourite, the vibe and pace and sound and your amazing voice was exceptional!! Thank you so much. Everyone commented on how incredible you were. "We organised The Cheers to play at our wedding in September 2018, and it was one of the best decisions of the day. I think there are three reasons why I would recommend them: 1. The music is great - The Cheers played a selection of oldies and new music to cater to the tastes of all our guests. We had a lot of kids and they even played some things purposefully to get them on the dance floor with their parents - a lovely touch. They are very talented musicians (with credentials!) and made everything sound great in our venue, even though they only had a short time to sound-check. We received numerous compliments that the band were excellent. They learnt our first dance perfectly and performed it exactly how we wanted. Just fantastic. 2. They are very professional - Our speeches and breakfast overran by about 45 minutes, but the band were extremely accommodating and calm about the delay. They setup extremely quickly to get us back on track and they were thoroughly proficient in breaking down at the end. They brought all their own equipment and everything looked and sounded great. 3. They were very easy to work with - Even though we didn’t meet the band until the day of the wedding, they were extremely easy and pleasant to deal with. Our main point of contact was Ben (the band manager) who was charming, quick to respond to calls and messages and very helpful. Formal arrangements were quick and professional and the entire interaction went very smoothly. Overall, the experience of hiring and hearing The Cheers was faultless. Thank you so much for rounding off our special day with fantastic entertainment."
