" Review received on 3/14/2024 Mario Manzini's "Tribute to Houdini" show is a must see. Mario is challenged by local police to escape their handcuffs and does so in record time while secured in a cloth sack. His comedy magic show is great and uses members from the audience as volunteers/committee members to assure the rest of the audience that everything is on the up and up. Mario even levitates an audience participant while surrounded. The escape show is terrific. Mario liberates himself from a plethora of bonds including, but not limited to; 100 feet of rope, a leather straight jacket, multiple handcuffs and leg irons, and a large Milk Can filled with water (as Houdini himself used). I have been a professional magical entertainer for 25 years and can tell you that Mario Manzini's 30+ years as an escapist and magician have made him one of most talented in this field.
