"Having met Shama and the 515 Crew at a couple of events I photographed over he last 2 years, it was without question that we would be using them whenever we had a family event. Last weekend, my brother and I threw our parents a surprise 65th birthday party and I was super excited to have secured a booking for this auspicious occasion with the 515 crew and they most certainly didn’t disappoint!!! They arrived promptly to setup and worked within the limited space we had at our venue without any complaints. I asked Shama if the group would be able to play a handful of my dads favourite songs from the 70’s and 80’s era including Santana, Wilson Picket and James Brown and although it was material that they hadn’t done before, they took time to rehearse in the week and surprised us with their amazing delivery on the main night. My dad and guests were over the moon! I’ve had nothing but positive comments from our guests on the 515 Crew’s super professional musical ability and singing. Their Indian songs took our guests back into time and found it refreshing to hear some of the old bollywood songs with a modern and current feel. I really cannot express how delighted myself, my parents and our guests are with the 515 Crew. I dealt with Shama from the initial phone call to check on the teams availability and she’s always been a pleasure to deal with including on the night itself. I most certainly will be using them when we have another event and will be recommending them to my clients too! I genuinly thank you from the bottom of my heart."

"Dee is a real professional and it shows - his choice of songs was fantastic on the day and kept the dancefloor high octane throughout. I can't thank him enough, a great person too, he took on board our requests and we felt in safe hands. Our guests loved the sound too! 10/10."

"I have had the opportunity to work with Michael in a variety of musical capacities. He's my ensemble's core violinist, having performed with us in nearly ever show we've done (from new opera to Schoenberg's 'Pierrot Lunaire'). I've also worked with him in organizing the Temple Composers Orchestra, where he is the concert master. There he helped coach the string section in approaching complex new music and led the orchestra through six premieres. He is incredibly reliable, honest, hard working, always prepared, and has an abounding creative and musical mind. His insight, talent, and dedication make everyone around him better, and I know that if he's in my ensemble, or playing my piece, or writing for my ensemble, the music making will be better. I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone! "

"I hired Michael to play for my wife and I for a romantic Valentines “date night” dinner. He was positively amazing! The night was a surprise for my wife and she was thrilled beyond what I could have imagined. Michael was quick to respond, easy to talk to and very accommodating. I will say I don’t think I put Michael in a very comfortable setting since my romantic dinner was outside in the snow under heat lamps but I told him it was an outdoor event from the first time we talked and he never hesitated. He simply said “no problem I’ll dress warm.” He was eager to make our experience a great one. He arrived on time and played the whole time with out taking a break. I had gotten a chef to cook the dinner but Michael was the icing on the cake of the whole experience. He was professional in appearance and certainly professional in his talents. Thank you so much Michael! I would recommend Michael to anyone looking for a violinist to play at their event."

"Amazing, such a journey! His frequency is very high with performing music and explanations on how his journeys have started. He's like a flamenco guitarist but with his sitar. He brought his deep soul to his music. You might be in trance whilst listening to him and his instrument. Guru!"

"When I was looking for violinists for my wedding, I ran into the issue of groups only booking out as a quartet. That wasn't in our budget. When we found Michael, I was ecstatic. He was affordable and easy-going, so so talented, and so great to work with. I checked in with him a lot and he had great patience. He came on time and did exactly as we discussed—and even played a song from a movie that I loved. I highly recommend him for your wedding! "
