Review Centre: Event DJs

"Guty and Simone are fantastic!! We had them perform at our wedding evening reception near Florence. We did lots of research on-line and made contact with a number of musicians before choosing Guty and Simone. We were delighted that they were available for our wedding because after a lot of homework they were our number 1 choice. We did all the organising for our wedding from the UK ourselves so it was great to deal with Guty and Simone as we found they were very professional and timely in replying to all our e-mails and this really put our mind at ease. They were able to advise us of everything we needed to know in advance and also gave us a huge catalogue of songs we could choose from and offered to learn additional songs if we required them. We both have a broad taste in music styles but found that G&S had lots of choice from old to new and across different styles of music as well pop, rock, traditional Italian, international etc. We found that G&S offer a fantastic service and real value for money. They came and set up their equipment in advance very sympathetically while our service was under way in another part of the venue. Our guests really enjoyed dancing to all their songs and I almost forgot to mention they are fantastic musicians!! They are also great showmen and had all our guests even those who don't normally dance on the dance floor! We would have no hesitation recommending Guty and Simone to anyone they were a key component in making our day special!"

"Thanks for helping make Elisabeth's party a great success and keeping the 100 16 year olds entertained all night. Here is her review.... We hired DJ Sparx for my Sweet 16 and she was amazing! I gave her a playlist of songs I wanted and she cleverly mixed them up with some songs using her own knowledge of what works. She got even my shyest of friends up on the dance floor! "We recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and had the absolute pleasure of hiring Khalil as our saxophonist and DJ — and WOW, did he deliver! From start to finish, Khalil was nothing short of incredible. Not only is he a supremely talented musician, but he's also an engaging performer who truly knows how to read and elevate a crowd. Our guests are still talking about his energy, charm, and talent — especially my aunties, who affectionately nicknamed him "Mr. Saxy"! He gave everyone personal attention, made all our guests feel welcome, and created the perfect vibe for both the sweet, romantic moments and the dance floor fun. We had a beautifully diverse crowd (to the Black, to the white, the red and the brown, the purple and yellow — IYKYK), which meant a wide range of musical tastes — from jazzy vibes and classic R&B to Hip-Hop, Dance, Latin, and Reggaeton — and Khalil absolutely nailed it!! He took our playlist, added his own creative flair, and curated a musical experience that had everyone, from young adults to elders, out of their seats and on the floor. It felt seamless, intentional, and electric all night long. Leading up to the event, Khalil was incredibly responsive — always available via text or phone to answer questions and confirm details. He arrived early, came fully prepared with sound, lights, and even a photo booth, and brought a level of polish and professionalism that elevated the entire evening. If you're even considering hiring Khalil — stop thinking about it and BOOK HIM NOW. He's the real deal, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the magic he brought to our celebration."

"So amazing! Daniel and Allie were amazing to have at our wedding! Daniel always responded quickly to emails and was so wonderful when we requested songs and even helped my family surprise me with my father/daughter dance! They played everything I wanted and the ceremony and reception just ran so wonderfully! Highly recommend!!!"

"I honestly cannot recommend DJ Dee enough! This has been the third time we’ve hired him to DJ at an event and the he has smashed it every time! He needed minimal input on the type of music we wanted and read the crowd so well which helped to keep the dance floor busy the whole night. Thanks again Dee for making our nights incredible!"
