"We are delighted that we choose Good Time Soul for our wedding! They were absolutely fantastic. Communication was always clear and we found them a pleasure to deal with. They learned a song for our ceremony which was delivered beautifully. They set a lovely chilled vibe for the aperitivo and the dance floor was filled later in the night. Many of our guests commented on how good they were. Great instrumental talent and an incredible lead singer. We are truly grateful to the band for the big contribution they made to making our day so enjoyable!"

"The band were fantastic ! In fact I have had so many people ask for your details. I am sure you will get a lot of calls after this event. People enjoyed themselves so much that they wanted the music to go on all night ! The only ‘complaint’ I got was that the music wasn’t enough !! People did not realise the time that you played as they enjoyed it so much !! Thank you so much for everything – I am hoping to make this an annual event so I hope we can work together again "

"Hi Fernando, Thank you SO MUCH for your emails!! We just got home a few days ago from Portugal and were pretty disconnected for the remainder of our trip so just seeing these now! First, we cannot thank YOU and your band enough for being so lovely to work with and for bringing our wedding day music vision perfectly to life. We knew you would be wonderful, but we were completely blown away. We really cannot thank you enough, and are just so happy with everything. It was the most magical day for us and the guests (everybody is still raving about the band), and you were a huge contribution to that. My dad would have loved to play with you! Maybe one day in the future when we go back to Portugal ? Also, thank you so much for sending the video montage!! The one thing Frank and I were regretting from wedding day was not having more time to enjoy the band during the cocktail reception, so we nearly cried a bit seeing your email and the video. "If you are looking for a band that doesn't just play, but really creates a party atmosphere, then you need Uptown. They played at our wedding and were spot on from the very first song: incredibly polished, and with an energy that simply makes it impossible to stand still. In no time, everyone was on the dance floor, and they stayed there. What makes this band special? It isn't just their musicality (although they are all top musicians), but their sense of atmosphere. They know exactly when to raise the energy, when to move along with the crowd, and how to get people involved. And then something happened that really touched me: they had rehearsed a song that I had written myself. Learned it within a week, and played it live for all our guests. I stood there listening with goosebumps. You rarely come across that kind of dedication and craftsmanship. So no, this isn't just any party band. This is a band with class, musicality, and the gift of turning a beautiful moment into something unforgettable. If you love dancing, enjoying yourself, and live music at its best, look no further."
