"Carne asada and chicken tacos are so full of flavor. Salsa are bursting with flavor. Jalapeño popper tacos are something I have never heard of but glad we added them to our menu to be served. Can’t wait for our next event. "

"Kelsey Graham is a must have at your wedding I was married Saturday and Dr. Graham was my officiant. Besides the girl I decided to marry he was the best decision I made that day. I had only spoken to Dr. Graham two times before the ceremony, once as an introductory meeting to decide how we would like our wedding to go, and again when he sent the script over for our approval. People said that we must have known him for years, that's how personable he made our wedding. He was so funny and so professional and also has an incredible ability to make important decisions on the fly. He said that he provided us with microphones when we decided to say our vows. My wife and I are loud people so I told him we really wouldn't need them, he looked at me and smiled and said "Well than we won't use them that is not a problem." He is so understanding of the couples needs and wants and is willing to make any adjustments that he can in order to help us make our day as special as possible. It is hard to find someone who can do that wedding that doesn't have a one script fits all approach, but we found one. If you are reading this review looking for someone to officiate the wedding, stop looking and just give him a call. After one conversation about what you want with your wedding with him you will be so confident that he can do it and you will not regret it."

"Just a quick note to say thank you for the catering at our daughter's birthday party today - I can't stress enough how much of a hit the crepe van was. It was a clear number one on things we've had comments about that people loved, kids and adults alike. "Jeremy did the videography for our wedding. He went above and beyond our expectations! I was impressed on his follow up and eagerness to please his clients. He was there for every important moment and also did extra that he did not have to do. He sees what needs to be done and does it. He has made the memories of our special day stay alive for us to enjoy over and over. Mark and I highly recommend him!!! He by far was the best vendor we hired. Give him a try, you will not be sorry! We can not thank him enough for a job well done."
