"During our wedding dinner, we were accompanied by a fantastic saxophonist and guitarist, and what an experience that was! Their ensemble playing was effortless, stylish, and perfectly attuned to the mood of the moment. They performed a mix of jazzy classics, romantic ballads, and subtle pop songs that gave the dinner a warm and elegant ambiance. Prior to the wedding, there was warm and very pleasant communication. "vivienne oates Paul and Mick arranged the music for our daughters wedding on Saturday 6th October. They set up earlier in the day, they were very professional and friendly. Everyone really enjoyed their singing, we put in an order for bride and groom songs, father of the bride music too.They took a video recording too, which we have a copy off, it is a lovely memory, the family really loved there rendition of Angels, everyone joined in singing with them. They made the evening reception wonderful. Vivienne and David Oates"

"Maria was absolutely incredible at our wedding at Castle Leslie! From our first dance to the very last song of the night, she created such an amazing atmosphere & kept the energy high the entire time. Her combination of DJing & live saxophone was unforgettable. She knew exactly how to read the crowd & kept the dance floor packed all night long. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had! As an added bonus, she brought a variety of fun party props that everyone loved & made the night even more memorable. Maria is talented, professional, and brought so much energy and excitement to our wedding. She felt like family. We couldn’t have asked for a better entertainer and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to create an unforgettable celebration!"

"We reached out to Johnny for my husband's military retirement ceremony on base. Johnny has great communication skills and was clear and upfront about the limitations of the bagpipe to ensure we were happy with the final rendition of our song selections. Johnny was punctual and polished and he did a wonderful job and clearly takes pride in his craft. He made my husband's ceremony very special and we are so thankful he was available to be a part of the day."

"We had a challenging event with a large area we needed to spread sound. Mark did an incredible job making sure everyone at our event, no matter where they were sitting, could hear the coordinated playlist. Our show was broadcasted over the radio (in addition to the onsite sound) and he did a fantastic job coordinating with the radio station to ensure an seamless sound. Highly recommend!"

"My band Last Reserves performed last night as part of IndigoBravo promotions Punk Sunday night, at The Bridge Inn, Stalybridge, where Elk was the sound engineer. Despite only having time for a line check, the sound levels out front and on stage were spot on, and we could hear each instrument and the vocals clearly! The only adjustment we needed was a bit more guitar in our monitors after the first song! We would definitely recommend Purple Elk Sound and Lighting for any sound engineering requirements. Thanks again Elk! "

"I am so happy I found Riccardo! I was hesitant because the lack of reviews but I was able to find his previous work on Instagram and was very excited to get in touch with him. His communication is very quick- and I knew I had to book him if I wanted Super8- since he’s been doing it for many many years and not charging crazy amounts. Since I was doing a destination wedding in Italy from the states I had to take a chance on him and he did not disappoint. The day of the wedding he was very professional and personable. My photographers even mentioned how good of a find he was and that they want to work with him in the future. They all got along well and made us feel comfortable. But the wedding film itself was like something out of a movie. I am so happy with the result and I can be quite shy on video so I was worried I wouldn’t like it. 10/10! Wish I had another event in Italy so I can book him again! "

"Seen the Skatz Man many times before.. what a great entertainer he is .. full of energy and a great variety of songs to get everybody of all ages up on the dance floor.. the Skatz Man never fails to deliver a great performance ever time. So much so we are booking him for Halloween for a private birthday party event .. so in my opinion book this guy as he is very entertaining and a great person too.. you won’t be disappointed. Get booking him ..!"
