"Incredible! Outdoor Event Activations ! We worked with Sidewalk Crusaders to help us launch an incredible and dynamic community activation on Bloor St in Toronto and was amazing to draw the crowds at TEDxToronto activation and get them involved. It was wonderful to work with the crew and team. We also commissioned the band to activate our Laneway Launch party. It was such an incredible experience and the band was able to really engage the audience from their style of music - very engaging and ubpeat, which was the vibrancy we were seeking for our event. Would be happy to recommend the band for future events!"

"Words can’t describe how incredible Marcello and the whole band were for our wedding, 23/5/2026. I feel emotional just writing the review! From the moment I contacted Marcello, his professionalism and attention to detail has made me feel extremely special and valued, his communication was exceptional and he truly put in the time and effort to make our day magical, even playing “Here Comes the Sun” by the Beatles for us as a special nod to our Liverpool roots. The band looked impeccable, so stylish in their suits and sunglasses! And they ensured everything ran smoothly, from the ceremony, to the aperitivo and then the dinner. Not only that, the music was simply breath taking - every song choice we loved. It was lively, but classy and still allowed guests to talk while enjoying it. The setting - sipping our wine in the Sicilian sunset with their fantastic music… it’s something we’ll never forget. Each musician was a master of their craft and we genuinely feel honoured to have had them. I feel like we have made a friend for life and we extend the invitation to visit us in Liverpool, if they ever fancied it! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we genuinely are on a high from the day."

During my long career, I met special people and I built solid relationships with them, but I rarely encountered a couple so classy, enchanting and friendly. Lydia and Michael will remain in my heart forever ♥️

Leur musique et leur talent inégalé ont rendu notre journée spéciale encore plus mémorable. Dès qu'ils ont commencé à jouer, les Jazzamuri ont dégagé une chaleur et un charme qui ont immédiatement captivé nos invités. "I hired the L.A Jazz band for my dads funeral. My dad knew his prognosis as was adamant it was to be a celebration of life for him. With the help of the band - we made this happen. I had positive feedback from friends and family. The band are extremely talented and professional. They ensured the service was upbeat with the music which helped to lift our spirits. I know my dad would have loved them and I’m sure he looked down on us with a smile that day. Thank-you L.A Jazz band. Can’t recommend you enough. (10 / 10) "

" Unique, talented, mellow DJ! Brian was approachable to talk to, esp. with it being my first time working with a DJ. He was willing to take the time to listen to songs that were important to me and other things about the wedding (actually we had a renewal of vows celebration that was like a wedding). Brian gave great suggestions based on lots of experience. His skills exceed that of others DJ's I've seen -- he's a musician himself too...a really good one! He has a ton of songs to pick from, too; he even pulled out what I'd call dinner versions of a lot of the songs on my playlist for when we were eating (our plan was to have more mellow music during that time). He was friendly and flexible, joining in with 2 other musicians I hired for square/folk dance music. If you're looking for someone who will bring a calm presence, look no further. I've been recommending Brian to several friends. Bonus: he played the music the perfect loudness (as in loud for a party) but comfortable for the ears (you could hold a conversation). I think this contributed to our guests feeling comfortable and smiling the whole time and getting to know each other. I loved that Brian brought equipment for the music to be outdoors at the end when my husband and I danced our special Last Dance on the grass surrounded by family and friends; it was so joyful and fun. "

"The boys recently played our wedding and we are so so glad that we chose them. They are all three lovely people and they put in an absolute shift, really going above and beyond what we'd asked. Jelly Roll were such a wonderful addition to our day and they thoroughly deserved the absolutely enormous round of applause they got from every single guest on their way out. We'll absolutely be booking them again for our anniversary parties to come!"

"We had the absolute pleasure of having FM Dixie perform at our daughter’s wedding in Italy. They were outstanding! Their music and entertainment was such a highlight for the day for the entire group. This is how they were used throughout the day for our event: • Greeting the shuttle vans with wedding guests as they all arrived at the Castello • Escorting the group up from the drop off location across the path and across the drawbridge to the Castello • Entertaining guests during a brief pause for prosecco until it was time to escort guests to the ceremony location (Castello terrace) • Following the ceremony, escorting guests from the terrace to the location for the aperitifs/welcome buffet (opposite end of the Castello by the pool) • Music throughout the aperitifs/welcome buffet for a couple of hours. • Escorting guests when it was time from the location by the pool up to the Castello courtyard for dinner FM Dixie were fantastic in the quality of their music and in how well they entertain, adapt and engage with the wedding guests! They exceeded our expectations in all respects. Thank you to the wonderful FM Dixie quintet that added so much magic to our event!"

"Efrayim Fischbacher brought the house down at Dublin clarinetWorld with a performance and volume masterclass that will live long in the memories of all who attended. At 95 years old, Fischbacher is nothing short of a living legend, and his wit, charm, and unparalleled energy made for an unforgettable experience. Known as “the world’s loudest clarinet player,” Fischbacher more than lived up to his reputation. His booming renditions of classic jazz standards filled the room with a vigor that belied his age. At one point, he even shouted his catch phrase, “Oompah!” to the delight of the audience. The masterclass itself was equal parts education and entertainment. Fischbacher peppered his teaching with captivating anecdotes from his days in the 1950s jazz scene. His tales of smoky clubs, impromptu jam sessions, and larger-than-life characters were as colorful as his clarinet playing. Despite his larger-than-life persona, Fischbacher was generous with his knowledge, sharing practical tips on controlling dynamics, enhancing tone, and, of course, projecting sound with authority. Aspiring clarinetists and seasoned musicians alike left with invaluable insights—and a newfound appreciation for the art of making a statement with volume. "Brian and his band were exactly what we needed to make our parent's birthday bash a success. Best thing about it was they had a tight, skillful sound while still playing the kind of music that got people dancing. We were a party filled with professional musicians and everyone commented on the band. Thanks guys!"
