"The band was perfect in all the management of the music in the different locations within the party's venue. they are all very nice and the show is fantastic. We especially appreciated the music of the 50s/60s, and twist and rock and roll. the guests all danced, without exception. Thanks Contrabbandiati"

"The best decision we made was booking Oleg for our wedding. We booked him for our wedding evening and he was incredible! Everyone was on the dance floor and so many of our guests have said they’ve never danced so much at a wedding and it was Oleg that kept them dancing. Oleg also worked incredibly well with the DJ we’d already booked and couldn’t have been easier to work with leading up to the wedding and on the day. Me and my Husband are now trying to think of any other events we have coming up that we can book Oleg for again! If you’re contemplating whether or not to book Oleg for your event, just do it. "I don’t know where to start…. Oleg is AMAZING. Honestly the best decision I made for my big day was booking Oleg. Not only is he the nicest man going, he’s also an incredible saxophonist. He went the extra 100 miles to make my day so special, this included getting in contact with my DJ months prior to plan certain playlist that suited them both to asking me what outfit would suit my wedding, he even helped me plan his surprise entrance for my new husband, we planned it down to the exact minute in our first dance and oleg made his surprise entrance. It was amazing!!!! Prior to this my new husband had gone to speak to him and Oleg even pretended to be part of the DJ team to keep my surprise. Oleg brought the party, when I say my dance floor was never empty, I mean it, it was packed all night!!!!! Everyone complimented his incredible performance. I can’t wait to hold another party/event just so I can book him again. If you’re considering booking a saxophonist, look no further. This is your man. You will not regret it. He’s worth every penny and more!!!! "

"Well, where can I start! From initially stumbling upon Dr Jazz and realising that there was something rather special about their approach and unique sound, to the very first email and phone calls to discuss our plans for the day, all the way through to our Wedding day itself – Dr Jazz and company were brilliant. Helpful, friendly, and wonderfully entertaining, we could not have asked for anything more. The set itself was fantastic – we were blown away with how much of an impact they made, not only in terms of everyone feeling the urge to get up to dance (which was a slight worry for us before the day!), but also with their spot on interaction with the guests, and overall management and ownership of the evening. We really knew we’d made the right decision as soon as the first note was played – talk about creating a spectacle!! In terms of a front man Matthew is absolutely superb, and his supporting crew of brilliantly talented musicians helped make our day one to remember for both us and our guests. Thank you all so very much for everything. We know what it’s like trying to find the ‘right band’, ourselves having trawled through many hundreds of sample tracks from other people and groups, and the worries that come with it regarding whether people will like it, whether it’ll be well received etc. The best advice I can honestly give is that if you are sitting there reading this review, and you have enjoyed the sample tracks you’ve listened to, then please don’t hesitate to book these guys. You will not regret it, and you and your guests will certainly never forget it. They were nothing short of marvellous. Once again we wanted to say thank you very much for everything – we really had a fantastic time, as did everyone else in attendance, and it is all thanks to you and your crew. You certainly made the evening, if not the day for us, and we are so pleased and lucky to have been able to book you to play for us. You were nothing short of brilliant, and we can’t stop talking or thinking about how amazing you were (and nor can anyone else!) It was so lovely to meet you all in person. All the best for the future, and please rest assured that we’ll be singing your praises for the years to come!"

"For my 40th, I had a 1920s themed party in a beautiful 1920s ballroom in Letchworth Garden City. I can honestly say that the absolute HIGHLIGHT of the party was the 5 piece Silk Street Jazz band. I felt like I had stepped back in time. They were absolutely wonderful – truly superb – and contributed to one of the very best nights of my life. They were extremely professional, flexible and accommodating (even happy to accompany a last minute request from my husband to sing with them!) and really looked dapper in their gorgeous red waistcoats. They did an outstanding job – what a talented group of gents! Thank you Silk Street Jazz"

"What a treat to have The Texas Gypsies play our wedding. We wanted classic music and styles that people of all ages could dance to. They did a fantastic job, and we heard so many compliments from our guests--many of whom were musicians as well. Several people liked the band enough that they bought CDs, too. The Texas Gypsies even let my Dad play a little number. Very sweet. You can't go wrong with this band!"

"Angelo, Pablo and the band were amazing. They Made such a happy atmosphere, their performance really set the tone for a joyous and festive reception. They interacted with our guests, were responsive to the dancing. The communication was very easy, even being in completely different parts of the world. You won’t regret adding them to your party! "

"We hired The L.A. Jazz Band to perform at our street party event which we were filming for a digital television brand. They were highly professional and easy going to work with as well as brilliant musicians individually and as a band. The street crowd loved their jaunty, uplifting and perfectly orchestrated songs. They’re lovely men with great energy and we would highly recommend them to play at any party event/ live music event or filming production. (10 / 10) "
