Review Centre: Dixieland Bands

"Yiddishkeit Klezmer Ensemble was everything we had hoped for. Communication before the party was always prompt and easy. They offered a variety choices for the size of band to work with our budget. There was a great variety of music to choose from, too. During the party the band really read the crowd, and communicated with us throughout the evening. They shifted with the mood of the party- roving around beforehand as guests were arriving, then playing jazz for the background during dinner, and then after dinner they got our guests up and dancing, teaching them how to do the steps! They are talented, professional, and really fun to work with! Plus they traveled quite far to play for us, with only a nominal travel charge. Highly, highly recommend! "

"Following a huge achievement of winning a prestigious industry award, we arranged for a secret day of celebrations for our 100 employees at our offices. We arranged for the LA Jazz Band to kick off the celebrations by entering our office playing the most energetic and uplifting music which was a wonderful surprise to staff who eagerly jumped up out of their seats to follow the marching band and dance their way around the office. The place was 'buzzing' everyone LOVED it. We had numerous surprises for everyone but the LA Jazz band was by far the highlight and what people remember the most about the day. They are fantastic. You can't help but get up on your feet and dance along. We will definitely be hiring them again for future events - we can't wait for them to play for us again! (10 / 10) "

"Yesterday we had a great pleasure of engaging OLEG For our birthday party With about 35 invited guests for dinner and dancing. I have to say I could not have selected a more appropriate and talented musician. Oleg read the room, played magnificently and interacted with the guests throughout the evening making it the most enjoyable time. A top professional and a great guy who is easy to do business with, and his technology, planning and preparation were absolutely first class. 10/10"

"DJ Brian Bender was exactly what we wanted and needed for our wedding. He played incredible jazz piano throughout our cocktail hour and reception, following with a brilliant mix of our wedding playlist. He knew exactly when to play the right songs and the vibe of our wedding flowed perfectly all night. He was kind and courteous in every exchange we had with him and we felt we received work above and beyond especially for the price, absolute bargain. Would recommend to anybody. "

"I highly recommend Vincent Cassotta and this band for any event. We had this incredible band play for our Housewarming party at the end of September, 2023. Each member of the band was professional, dressed professionally, and arrived early with plenty of time to prepare. We have attended many concerts, as we love music, and this band plays the best jazz we have heard. In our home, they were very conscientious to choose the correct space for acoustics and assisted to make our visitors feel welcome. Many of those in attendance still speak about the “smooth” jazz and how they could have sat and listened to them for hours.Thank you to this talented group of musicians for making our event and the evening extra special. "Darren's band played at our graduation ball at Crewe hall and were absolutely fantastic! They played fun and lively music at the drinks reception and gave the whole room a buzz of energy. The only downside was that we didn't have enough time to have them play for longer!"
