"Simply fantastic! From the very beginning, they were kind, understanding (after two years of postponements!), and extremely professional. They are an outstanding band! They know how to entertain guests, making them sing, dance, and have fun! Thanks to them, our wedding was joyful and unforgettable. I highly recommend them because they are truly unique! "It’s March and still raining. I’ve trawled through some serious procrastination to decide where I’m going tonight; at least three decent live music offerings in Chester that I know of. And I’m sure the others were brilliant. Marblehead Johnson are, in their own words, a “tribute to the British Britpop music scene” and a “powerful combination of passion and quality.” A tribute band, to me, equals lunatic professionalism. To tribute a whole scene is a big ask. Good covers bands are rare enough, taking that enormous and unlikely step beyond random amateur recreation. But these guys really do tick the box of perfectionist, professional curators though. Friday night was time travel night with a set list that captured the point where British alt-rock got (largely) happy and popular (in a good way). A guitar dominated, looping and lurching opener with Ocean Colour Scene and The Riverboat Song; polished and convincing. Second song in and I’m braving the dance floor with the pointy shoed brigade. A few songs further and they offer me proof of their professionalism. A very-very-very long time ago I was lucky enough to make it into Brixton Academy and unfortunate enough to catch James on a sincerely off night. And I’ve heard James and Sit Down many times since: at home, on the radio, in DJ sets and covered-more-than-it-should-be. One of those beautiful songs that gets tired through over use. And on this particular Friday night I heard it come alive; all vitality restored. There were the things I expected; a good dose of Blur and Oasis both, Stereophonics, Bluetones and more, then some referencing back to foundation stones with The Who and The Jam. Marblehead Johnson switched between styles and musical voices with conviction; into acoustic things and seamlessly back out again. The magic of seeing grown men dance without a pint in hand happened repeatedly through the two sets. On any given set you pray for that one song you don’t see coming; the track you might flick through on the album that becomes something else entirely live. So it was with Blur’s Charmless Man. That perfect Blur poetry, simple, direct and delivered with energy. Marblehead Johnson are a good distance from being charmless. They are careful collectors and curators of songs; fine musicians and performers.!"

"I booked Horizon for my 40th birthday celebration in Benalmádena and they did not disappoint. They brought an incredible amount of fun and high energy to the party from the moment they started playing. Great song choices, brilliant vocals, and they tailored the set perfectly to what the crowd wanted to hear. I would strongly recommend them for any private event or milestone birthday on the coast."

"Tom and his partner were nothing short of fantastic! Really great communication, very accommodating with our requests and were brilliant musicians. It was for a friends stag do - we wanted some background jazz tunes for a bbq and then a more fun interactive set which they were able to provide. All round good fun. Would highly recommend! "

"We booked The Indie Thrillers after my (now) wife seen them at a wedding fare. I had a listen to their demos and was sold on them straight away. Come the wedding night and they where even more amazing in real life. Before they got on stage to perform they went out of their way to help an amateur band we also had playing (my wife's teenage cousin and friends). They even borrowed them some equipment to get them through. They where very accommodating and even though we agreed and paid for 2 x 45 slots, on the night when a few things had over-ran we asked them to start a little later than agreed and do the full 90 minutes without the break, which they happily agreed to do. Once on stage they had our guests (and ourselves) gripped. Their energy on stage rubs off on to everyone in the room and even though I can't/don't dance I found myself on the dance floor on several occasions. The Indie Thrillers are an extremely professional band who absolutely love what they do. They have a wide variety of songs that span the decades. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone for any function, big or small. They were a massive part in making our wedding as amazing as it was and we would like to thank them for that. "

The sound quality was excellent, the lighting looked very professional, and the versatile setlist was exactly what we needed to cater to a diverse crowd. "Outside In headlined a very successful night at this year’s Skegvegas VW Fest in front of hundreds of people. They had the crowd singing and dancing throughout, to the point of the audience not wanting the band to leave the stage. From an organisational perspective, they totally professional in their attitude, making them a pleasure to work with. I will happily have them back again."

"The Black Marcs played for us at our Jubilee picnic on 4th June 2022 in Tollerton village. From beginning to end Mark was genuinely very friendly, helpful, easy going and professional to deal with. The band played a wide range of crowd pleasers suitable for all ages and everyone enjoyed their music. I highly recommend them as a live band for any event - you won't be disappointed."
