"James was booked to do a set at our pub function he was professional and stayed in contact with the run up to the event arrived early and set up quickly the venue was very busy but when he began his set all i can say is wow what a voice he sang a great mix of soul and pop songs as i requested and set a great atmosphere at the venue everyone loved the set and we will definately have him back highly recommend. "

"Highly recommended! Andrew sang and played the guitar at our wedding, and he did so beautifully and with great feeling. The communication beforehand was excellent, everything went perfectly on the day, and looking back, we couldn’t be happier! Everyone was thrilled! We can’t recommend Andrew highly enough."

"what can I say you were just amazing, the amount of comments we’ve had on you all is unbelievable, the guests were blown away by how talented you were, it honestly was the most surreal experience walking into that church with your voices filling it and it’s something I will never ever forget and cherish forever, thank you so much for making our special day an experience that myself and John and every one of our guests will never forget. I think we’re going to be disappointed at the next wedding we go to after ours 😂 my only regret is that you couldn’t stay longer I could’ve listened to you all night, you were just incredible! "We particularly wanted a soul band and during our seemingly endless search of bands we were just drawn to The Soul Department! They played at our evening wedding reception earlier this month. Good reviews usually state pros and cons however, the band genuinely do not have any cons! They were professional from the onset, sounded incredible, looked incredible, great repertoire, were brilliant fun and had our wedding party rockin'!!! From start to finish they had our guests on their feet, we loved every minute! Exactly what we wanted! Cannot recommend these guys enough, worth their weight in gold, definitely will book them again, no question!! Thank you, you were amazing!! Melanie Cook xx"

"Frau Eigendorf hat 3 Lieder zu unserer kirlichen Trauung gesungen. Sie hat nicht nur wunderschön und emotional gesungen, sie hat unsere Erwartungen mit Abstand übertroffen. Sie war sehr flexibel (kölscher Gesang) und hat mit Abstand das Beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis geboten. Sie ist zuverlässig in der Kommunikation und durch & durch Profi.
