"We hired Head Over Heels for our wedding this past August and they were amazing to work with! We received compliments through the night and the days after our wedding about how good they sounded and how they kept everyone dancing through the night! They played a range of songs and interacted with our guests coming out onto the dance floor and making sure the energy was up! We had a lot of fun activities planned throughout our reception such as hula hooping and a table dash for photos they were fun, flexible, and accommodated all of our requests. We had our ceremony on the beach and the band leader came to the beach to make sure the sound and microphone worked! I can't recommend them enough! There is nothing like a live band and Head Over Heels delivers!!"

"Leon Winkler accompanied my birthday party musically. From the champagne reception to background music to dinner to late at night to dance, he inspired me and all guests, young and old. He masters all the styles I want and the audience - Jazz, Pop, Rock´n Roll, Bosa Nova. He knows well how to pick up the moods of the audience and anticipate further wishes. The mastery of the saxophone is a matter of course for him, which enthuses the listener. The technology he brought along frames and fills in his presentations - whereby he and his saxophone are always positively in the foreground. I thank him very much for his contribution to the success of the celebration. I am glad to have chosen him for this task - it could not have been better. Thanks so much"

"As the groom, I got to choose the band. I had heard Lisa and The E-lusion at my now-wife's sorority formal, and knew what my first choice would be. Besides being a genuinely talented band, The-Elusion are accommodating. With their extensive playlist of both traditional wedding reception songs and more recent pop, we were able to say which songs we did not want them to play, while Lisa does a great job of playing whatever the audience is grooving. Also, they were willing to learn entirely new songs for our first dance, the father-daughter dance, and mother-son dance. We received tons of complements about the band from our guests. "We were hesitant to book a band over the internet for our wedding, being we’re based in Sydney and wouldn’t get to see them live first, however we were not disappointed. "Luna and Stefan gave a fantastic performance at our wedding. Stefan’s music during the ceremony was spot-on, and the combination of Stefan and Luna during the cocktail hour was perfect. "The Groove Merchants were so fantastic to work with. I am a wedding and event planner, and sometimes we have to make last-minute changes to the timeline of the event, and they were SO accommodating, patient and easy to work with! They got everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, to the dance floor all night long. I could also go on and on about how sweet and wonderful all of the band members were. I now recommend them to all of our brides!"
