"My band Last Reserves performed last night as part of IndigoBravo promotions Punk Sunday night, at The Bridge Inn, Stalybridge, where Elk was the sound engineer. Despite only having time for a line check, the sound levels out front and on stage were spot on, and we could hear each instrument and the vocals clearly! The only adjustment we needed was a bit more guitar in our monitors after the first song! We would definitely recommend Purple Elk Sound and Lighting for any sound engineering requirements. Thanks again Elk! "

"We hired Romina and her band for our wedding at Casina Valadier in Rome and it was absolutely incredible. The music was elegant and beautiful, and Romina was so warm and professional throughout the whole process — she even joined us on several video calls since we were planning everything from Australia. On the day, she kindly passed the microphone for speeches whenever needed, which we really appreciated. Everything was perfect. We couldn’t have been happier — highly recommend Bossanova the best"

" Unique, talented, mellow DJ! Brian was approachable to talk to, esp. with it being my first time working with a DJ. He was willing to take the time to listen to songs that were important to me and other things about the wedding (actually we had a renewal of vows celebration that was like a wedding). Brian gave great suggestions based on lots of experience. His skills exceed that of others DJ's I've seen -- he's a musician himself too...a really good one! He has a ton of songs to pick from, too; he even pulled out what I'd call dinner versions of a lot of the songs on my playlist for when we were eating (our plan was to have more mellow music during that time). He was friendly and flexible, joining in with 2 other musicians I hired for square/folk dance music. If you're looking for someone who will bring a calm presence, look no further. I've been recommending Brian to several friends. Bonus: he played the music the perfect loudness (as in loud for a party) but comfortable for the ears (you could hold a conversation). I think this contributed to our guests feeling comfortable and smiling the whole time and getting to know each other. I loved that Brian brought equipment for the music to be outdoors at the end when my husband and I danced our special Last Dance on the grass surrounded by family and friends; it was so joyful and fun. "

"Euphoric were amazing! They were very helpful and attentive, made our NYE party planning easier. All our requests were fulfilled, and they really created an amazing NYE party atmosphere. The musicians themselves arrived to the venue very early and prepared everything in good time, also leaving them time to get to know the venue and practice. During the performance they moved around the venue interacting with our guests and keeping a fun and lively vibe. They did not stop at just performing, and went an extra mile, by making it a true entertainment, with interacting, dancing, and hosting."

"This is a shamefully belated thank you for giving the girls and boys such a good evening. Everyone enjoyed it and the staff all said you were excellent and charming. "Amazing!! This was our first time doing this kind of performance in our Memory Care Community and we were beyond impressed, entertained and can not wait for the next time for her to visit us. She was so professional, on time and so organized. Our residents never stopped smiling and they keep asking when is she coming back! 5 Stars is not enough for this wonderful woman. "From start to finish Simon was brilliant and ultimately provided exactly what we wanted. Communication in the planning stage was first rate and on the day he arrived super early to prepare and make us all feel assured. The kids had such a great time at the party and he catered perfectly to their age (12 year olds). Loads of fun and also tricks for them to take home and try on their parents! Highly recommend and sure whatever your event Simon would provide just what you need."
