"Rating 6/6 : Brilliant Vintage Wedding singer Private Party, Maidenhead on Saturday 31 August 2019 Hi Anna Having you at our wedding was great all the guests loved you and thought it was a lovely idea to have a singer. Waiting for the bride can be a bit boring but you brought an extra something that made the day merge so well even with the rain!! We would definitely recommend you to people. You stayed later just so that my new hubby could use your mic and sound system to sing to me which was so nice. Having you there was like having a friend singing at our wedding. "The Hitchen Jazz quartet played for my Birthday Party in Summer 2018. We had a bigger budget, so I requested the quartet. They played a beautiful Jazz set for our apperatifs, which really made our day! Later that year, we went to watch the Hitchen Big Band play a live concert with World renowned Trumpet star Bobby Shew. David actually played some duets/trumpet battles with Bobby Shew, proving that David is able to perform on any stage. Merci les gars!"

"We’d just like to say a massive thank you to you and your swing band for performing at our wedding at Beamish Hall. The overall presentation was extremely professional from start to finish and the standard of the music was superb – we had a lot of guests who are musicians including the bride, and they’re still all talking about the quality of your performance! We all thought that the way you got everyone involved with certain musical numbers was great fun and created a whole new dimension to the evening. We have had lots of guests comment on how much fun they had dancing and how incredible your performance was. Quite a few guests said that you were the best swing band they’ve seen at a wedding by a long way. We are also very grateful to you all for learning That’s Amoré for our first dance. It was an excellent rendition – so much so, that we danced to it twice! All in all, Mr Swing’s Dance Orchestra played a very big part in making our wedding day so special and unique! We will certainly be recommending you to everyone we know and I’m sure our guests will be too. You will be talked about with great delight for many years to come!"

"The Gajè Gipsy Swing was wonderful to work with. Alessandro was quick to answer all questions prior to the performance - they were extremely professional and made every step simple (even able to accommodate a last minute extension of playing time). The music was lovely and classic and the perfect addition to our cocktail party. I highly recommend this band!"

"Sadly, my brother passed away in September 2019. We appointed Sarah Louise Briggs (opera singer) to sing at the catholic cathedral in Liverpool for David's funeral service. She was absolutely outstanding. Voice of an angel. Very moving and all I can say is a big thank you and I will be recommending you to a lot of people!! C.Abraham"
