They've played Summer Soul Vibes Festival twice now, and our customers have twice said they were the best band of the weekend, and we have had Soul II Soul, Kenny Thomas, Phats & Small, The Brand New Heavies, Incognito and many more! On top of that, they're down to earth, easy to work with, brilliantly efficient, and there's no ego to it either. They're just utterly phenomenal and we can't recommend them enough!"

"I just wanted to say thank you so much for your performance on Saturday night. We had an amazing day and you guys and your DJ just topped it off perfectly. I think you could probably see that you smashed it and the dance floor was literally bouncing all night LOL! All our guests said that they had the best evening and you were by far the best band we have all ever heard at a wedding. One of the guests has already referred you to their son who is also getting married at Nanteos Mansions later in the year. We are so pleased with the day so thank you so much and hope you enjoyed playing as well!"

"They made the night! We booked The Gleams for our Gala dinner and we were not disappointed! They performed lovely music as people ate, then turned up the energy and had people dancing and laughing. Super professional and easy to communicate with. Great lighting and sound quality! You get both male and female singer so a good variety of songs. I would definitely recommend!"

"The band members, very respectful and responsible, arrived on time and were very professional at all times. But honestly, we felt very disappointed that when contacting this band, we were specific about confirming if they played certain songs, certain artists, including rock and roll songs, which was the main concept of the party including decoration, etc. A party obviously centered on the birthday person for their 80th birthday, and the band played a selection of music that wasn’t what we requested. So, sorry for the honesty, but in that sense, we were very very disappointed. The idea was to hear the birthday person’s favorite songs, and that didn’t happen. That was the main reason we decided to invest in a band instead of going to a nightclub to listen to random music."

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we appreciate your kind words about our professionalism and punctuality.  However, we'd like to respectfully address the concerns raised, as we believe there may have been a misunderstanding about what was agreed upon. Before the booking was confirmed, we provided our complete repertoire of 170 songs so you could review exactly what we perform. When you sent through your song requests, we responded clearly in writing that we could perform around 90% of the songs listed, specifically noting which artists and songs we don't cover, including Roy Orbison, Tony Bennett, and "Piña Colada." The contract was signed after this exchange, confirming mutual understanding of the agreed-upon repertoire. On the day, we delivered exactly what was agreed: approximately 90% of your requested songs, plus additional requests from guests. Guests were dancing and singing along to our performance. Furthermore, the birthday guest himself told us during the event that he was thoroughly enjoying the music, which we also took as a positive sign that we were meeting expectations. We always strive to be flexible and responsive on the day. When asked mid-performance to stop for unplanned moments like the raffle and cake cutting, we simply requested to finish the current song to avoid an abrupt interruption, a standard practice that maintains the flow and professionalism of live music. We regret that the experience didn't meet your expectations despite our clear pre-event communication. "We had Eva Sakellari and her full band perform at our Christmas themed wedding in Greece, and it was absolutely incredible! As a couple from the UK, we were blown away by the energy, talent, and professionalism they brought to the night. Eva’s voice is stunning, and the whole band created such a fun and lively atmosphere. Our guests couldn’t stop dancing! It was truly one of the highlights of the day. Highly recommended!"

"We listened to dozens of bands before we selected Good Time SF for the recent wedding and reception of our daughter in L’Aquila. The bride is a musicologist so the music was quite important. The band is terrific musically, even better live than in their great videos. Equally important, they are exceptional in their professionalism and communication. They worked with us patiently to ensure absolute satisfaction in various types of music we requested for the ceremony. On the day of the event, they magically set up at all the right locations and appropriate music was played through out the evening without any further direction from us. We can honestly and wholeheartedly recommend Good Time Soul Foundation for any occasion."

"They were amazing and truly iconic! Everyone loved them. They were very friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They were also very flexible and thoughtful throughout the event, including taking the time to stop and help us sing “Happy Birthday” to one of our colleagues. This level of availability and kindness made the whole experience even more special. The energy they brought, their interaction with the audience, and their professionalism made the event a 10/10 experience. We would definitely recommend them and would love to have them perform again in the future."
