"Shaun is always a professional, on time and eager to please, he did just what i wanted from start/finish time to length and number of sets, his engagement with the audience is amazing even going into the crowd to have a joke with them, Shaun has played at my Bar many time both as a solo and his Band (Mojo Shaker) he always draws a crowd and is becoming increasingly well known which isnt to easy for an Englishman performing in France :D"

" I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING BOSCO AND THE STORM FOR OVER 17 YEARS! OUR FAMILY HIRED TALENTED BOSCO FOR MY MOTHER'S 89TH BIRTHDAY PARTY. YOU ARE CRAZY IF YOU HIRE ANY OTHER BAND OTHER THAN BOSCO AND THE STORM! THEY DRESS IMPECCABLY, CAN REALLY DANCE, THEY CAN ENTERTAIN ANY CROWD FROM YOUNGER THAN COLLEGE AGE TO YOUR MORE MATURE AUDIENCE INCLUDING 90 YEAR OLDS WHO LOVE TO DANCE INCLUDING MY MOTHER! "Recensie optreden Garden State band tijdens de opening van het Doelum Live seizoen 25/26 29 september 2025 . Garden State leverde in Doelum Live een overtuigend en hartverwarmend concert af. De combinatie van een hechte band, sterke zang en een enthousiast publiek maakte deze zondagmiddag tot een feest voor liefhebbers van de energieke, melodieuze Jersey Shore Sound. Met hun vakmanschap en hun vermogen om mensen letterlijk in beweging te brengen, bewees Garden State dat ze een podium van elk formaat kunnen laten bruisen. Wie er niet bij was, heeft ongetwijfeld een levendige concertmiddag gemist."

"The Unexpected Duo play a wide variety of music, and there are some “ unexpected” choices as a Duo they don’t seem to be limited, they play everything! Jan has a lovely voice , she sounds like Bonnie Raitt..we will continue to have them back every year!"
