"Absolutely phenomenal!!! Ikembe was an absolute hit at my moms 70th birthday party! First off, they were extremely professional and accommodating. I goofed on the time of the party and they were able to adjust. There song selection was awesome and they switched to dance music after the dinner so the guest could dance. My mother was extremely pleased and the guest had an amazing time. Everyday since the party, mom mentions how much fun she had and how all of her friends were calling and texting her kudos on throwing a great party."

"I've worked with Lee for the past year at my community I manage and all the residents that show up to our events love Lee and his music! I recommend Lee to anyone that is wanting amazing jazz music at their next event!"

"Super nice band!!! We hired the full 5-piece and it was the best decision! Between the double bass, guitar, drums, and trumpet (along with Nadya's awesome voice) we had the best time. The band was dressed super nicely, and they were really nice to work with. They even brought their own sound system which made it so much easier! Would definitely recommend for any corporate/private event or wedding ! 10/10 "

"Fun and professionalism guaranteed! We chose the Self Portrait Blues based on a recommendation from a vendor we met during the organization of our wedding, and we couldn't have made a better choice! They are friendly, empathetic from the first moment, extremely talented, professional, helpful, and engaging. Their music is amazing, and they can elegantly and delicately involve all the guests without ever being intrusive. They were always available for every request and patient with unexpected situations! We still receive many compliments for choosing the musical band, and we will never stop thanking them for everything they did for us; our wedding would never have been the same without them. "I was happy to be present at a gig that nestles comfortably in my greatest ever gigs basket. The Paris Swinging Lovers did a straight through 2 hours gig and it was a model of a well thought out repertoire that took us on journey from St. James Infirmary to Raglan Road. Paddy has lived in Paris for the past thirty years, fronting a six man band of rabelasian Irish and French characters, so he knows his trade... Paddy plays trombone that acts as punctuation and percussion. The best entertainer I have seen for a long while."

"I had this band play at my wedding the other Saturday and they were amazing! Even though we just had the 3 piece band (2 guitars and bass) they sounded amazing and everyone loved them! Fitted perfectly with our venue and relaxed style of wedding. The guys were superb and very professional and I didn't have to worry about them at all. I even got time to stand there and appreciate them for awhile :) Would highly recommend these guys!"

"I’ve seen him perform at the Vault on a few occasions and the way he brought the atmosphere to life was incredible!! The R&B Jazz fusion and he played both piano and saxophone! Always look forward to hearing him play."

"In one word: great! Celebrated our wedding yesterday. Concept is great, musicians are so good and feel everything perfectly. All guests thought it was so beautiful too! We have received many compliments, so we would like to pass them on in this way. Thank you again very much for your presence!"
