"Booked Naomi to perform over zoom for my wife's 26th birthday. With it being lockdown in Scotland and not having many options, I thought it would be a lovely surprise for her to have a talented musician play a few of her favourite songs. I gave Naomi a list of a few special songs that she could play for us and without complaint or hesitation she was more than happy to play them for us. From the moment I made contact to the day of the performance everything was just perfection. My wife loved it as did I, she is still buzzing that Noami played all her favourite songs on violin. Cannot recommend Naomi highly enough. She played beautifully. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Utterly splendid. Perfection. Thankyou from us both!"

"I honestly don’t know what to say Craig was absolutely incredible, he was the most friendly and caring person did a great range of songs and really created a lovely atmosphere at our wedding for our drinks reception and also our wedding breakfast. He played a range of brilliant songs and we have had so much positive feedback from him. He was an absolute gentleman from start to finish, his communication leading up to the wedding was absolutely brilliant. I would certainly 100% recommend him for your wedding or for any event you are looking for. Thank you so much for making our day that extra bit special. "

"I would recommend them a thousand times over. We hired them for our ceremony, and the music they played was magical. From the beginning, communication was quick, and they were always very kind and friendly. We wanted two songs outside their repertoire, and they learned them perfectly for the wedding. "The band members, very respectful and responsible, arrived on time and were very professional at all times. But honestly, we felt very disappointed that when contacting this band, we were specific about confirming if they played certain songs, certain artists, including rock and roll songs, which was the main concept of the party including decoration, etc. A party obviously centered on the birthday person for their 80th birthday, and the band played a selection of music that wasn’t what we requested. So, sorry for the honesty, but in that sense, we were very very disappointed. The idea was to hear the birthday person’s favorite songs, and that didn’t happen. That was the main reason we decided to invest in a band instead of going to a nightclub to listen to random music."

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we appreciate your kind words about our professionalism and punctuality.  However, we'd like to respectfully address the concerns raised, as we believe there may have been a misunderstanding about what was agreed upon. Before the booking was confirmed, we provided our complete repertoire of 170 songs so you could review exactly what we perform. When you sent through your song requests, we responded clearly in writing that we could perform around 90% of the songs listed, specifically noting which artists and songs we don't cover, including Roy Orbison, Tony Bennett, and "Piña Colada." The contract was signed after this exchange, confirming mutual understanding of the agreed-upon repertoire. On the day, we delivered exactly what was agreed: approximately 90% of your requested songs, plus additional requests from guests. Guests were dancing and singing along to our performance. Furthermore, the birthday guest himself told us during the event that he was thoroughly enjoying the music, which we also took as a positive sign that we were meeting expectations. We always strive to be flexible and responsive on the day. When asked mid-performance to stop for unplanned moments like the raffle and cake cutting, we simply requested to finish the current song to avoid an abrupt interruption, a standard practice that maintains the flow and professionalism of live music. We regret that the experience didn't meet your expectations despite our clear pre-event communication. "We just had the Mellowtone Jazz trio play at my husband's 80th birthday BBQ. It was a lovely sunny afternoon, we had great food and wine all topped off with perfect music. The trio just add such a wonderful ambience to an event. As loud or as quiet as you like.......so so easy going. I would definitely recommend these guys. Carole (10 / 10) "
