"A great band! The Cheers added fantastically to the atmosphere of my party; playing 60's-to-now rock; brilliant for dancing. Also - for you hosts out there - so easy to deal with: efficient; prompt responses; clear info; a great playlist; did what and when they promised - excellent."

"Ray and Kay were great. They arrived early and took the time and care to set up to where they weren't too loud or intrusive. I know it can be a delicate and tricky balance for the musicians to estimate whether or not they're overpowering an audience that wants to socialize yet stay present enough to not fade into the background. They clearly have the experience to understand dynamics and are really good at reading a room. It's nice to be accommodating, but also refreshing to see a musical act sense when a night is wrapping up. We event directors want to go home at some point, too! Ray and Kay were tight, professional and friendly. Worth hiring for any event. "

"WOW, words cannot describe how amazing ed and oliviya are. first of all the commuication was second to none they answered all our questions promptly and helped us with music requests. Come the big day they were the perfect accompaniment to our relaxed countryside reception. Oliviya's voice was spell binding accompanied beautifully by ed's playing. My 7 year old daughter who is very shy and timid was encouraged to sing with oliviya and she hasnt stop talking about it, constantly smiling, telling everyone she meets about how she sung in front of people. Ed and oliviya thank you so much you really were magical and made our special day even more special all our guests commented on how good you were and if anyone is looking for a duo to play at any event you can stop looking i would rate them 1000 x over"

"Sonic Dream was the perfect band for our gala. They played fun songs that people knew, but with a twist and mash-up so it was also a good conversation starter at the tables. We actually got the recommendation from two different people to book them, so it was also nice to see people we trusted also liked them. Jeff was also always very responsive which made working with them before and after easy- something that's very helpful when working on a big event with a lot of moving parts!"

"Dear Stephane, Just back from our second honeymoon and wanted to let you know that we have had so many positive comments from our guests regarding the band. They really were amazing! The music was brillant, the engagement with the audience absolutely awesome! I've never seen my friends and family have such a good time (and we've thrown a few parties in our time!). We would definitely recommend Captain Star, they are a 5 star act. Thank you doesn't really cut it, but just THANK YOU! "I hired the DeeVines for my 50th birthday bash November 2022. They were very professional indeed, they were on site, set up and out of the way before my guests arrived. From the moment they started playing they had my friends and family on the dance floor. However, the biggest surprise was that my partner told them that I was a huge Gary Numan fan and despite them being a RnB band, they learnt a Gary Numan song just for me and even let me sing it with the band, what a fantastic gesture, that really made my night!! The days that followed I was asked multiple times who the band was, and I was more than happy to pass on their details. I wouldn’t think twice about booking these guys again for any future celebration. If you are thinking of booking them, just do it, you won’t be disappointed."

"This band is awesome. It's really cool to hear some of the songs from 90s movies and other media. They made a 2 and half hour long party with funny show elements in between the songs. Big up!"

"Massive Groove Band did a great job at our wedding in California. The singer was very energetic and engaged well with the wedding guests. Our guests were on the dance floor the whole night. Cristina was very attentive to emails and calls during the planning process, and the band was able to accommodate our requests. We asked for jazz during dinner and cocktail hour. The ceremony pianist was able to play a song during the ceremony which we requested about 30 minutes before. We would certainly recommend and hire again!"
