"The Crotchet Club played at our wedding and were absolutely fantastic. Their performance was amazing and really got everyone dancing. Their customer service was also brilliant, they were very responsive over email and were happy to accommodate our requests. On top of that they were really lovely people. They are great and would not hesitate to book them again."

"Fun and professionalism guaranteed! We chose the Self Portrait Blues based on a recommendation from a vendor we met during the organization of our wedding, and we couldn't have made a better choice! They are friendly, empathetic from the first moment, extremely talented, professional, helpful, and engaging. Their music is amazing, and they can elegantly and delicately involve all the guests without ever being intrusive. They were always available for every request and patient with unexpected situations! We still receive many compliments for choosing the musical band, and we will never stop thanking them for everything they did for us; our wedding would never have been the same without them. "Wirklich vom Feinsten! Wir haben Tcha Simmons für eine private Feier gebucht. Die Buchung war unkompliziert, Tcha hat uns gut beraten und uns geholfen den Ramen abzustecken (Anzahl Musiker, Musikalischer Stil, etc). Der Auftritt dann war grossartig! Unsere Gäste - von denen einige Profimusiker waren - waren begeistert! Die charismatische Stimme von Tcha, das bluesig-jazzige Repertoire von Jazz-Standards über Songs von Stevie Wonder bis hin zu the Doors und Eigenkompositionen war spannend und einfach hinreissend. Auch die durch den italienischen Keyboarder eingestreuten italienischen Balladen (Lucio Dalla, Zuchero, etc.) haben sehr gut gepasst und für noch mehr Abwechslung gesorgt. Auch wurden spontan gewünschte Songs gespielt, wo man die Klasse der Musiker erlebt hat. Die Freude am Musizierenn war spürbar und ansteckend. Die Moderation war passend zum gewünschten Rahmen und menschlich war es sehr angenehm im Kontakt mit den Musikern. Ich bin absolut begeistert und kann Tcha vollumfänglich weiterempfehlen. Wirklich vom Feinsten! Vielen, vielen Dank!!! am 3. September 2025 "

"Wonderful to hear live jazz from a group of young, spontaneous and polished performers. Great rapport between the players and with the audience. Loved the energetic and stylish scat singing and instrumental solos, and it’s doubly great to have been in the audience of a live recording."

"This was one of those days you know why the blues is your choice of music, three different but simply put brilliant bands, interestingly all three piece, each lead by a guitar player of some talent. Kicking off at noon was Rev. Ferriday and the Longdogs, The Rev. on a big white guitar, a Bigsby tremelo arm, and a slide on his finger poured out a slice of true Hill Country blues, this could have been Burnside, Kimbrough or the Mississippi All Stars. This was power delta blues, the powerful rhythms by a rock solid bass and drums. The songs were all self written, and you couldn't have started better than with a band that brought the whole place awake, even from those late nights. With a new album, 'Unforgettable Trues And Everyday Lies', The first three songs went through without a break, the only comment was 'It's turned out nice again!', before playing 'Devil's Line', followed by songs about lost loves, bartenders, one about meeting, playing with and drinking whisky in New Orleans with Dr.John, which is also the title.. One song 'Sid's Song' about his three legged dog, and a closing 'Moonshhine' he had all aspects of the blues covered, a very fine slide guitarist and front man on stage (he also performs several solo gigs each year as well). You like your blues filled with the roots of the music Rev. Ferriday is your man,a perfect festival band, promoters take note."

"We hired West Coast to play at our wedding in June - they are absolutely sensational. Our wedding guests that hadn't heard West Coast play before were blown away and still talking about how amazing they were. We have experienced West Coast several times before, at my brother's wedding and at other venues on Lefkada, and for us it was a no-brainer, we had to have them at our wedding as they are so talented, so fun and we knew they'd be the perfect fit. I booked the band through the lovely Danae, she was super easy to talk to you and make all the arrangements, and then she dealt directly with the taverna regarding setting up to take the stress away from me! Everyone loved the band so much that they continued to play well past their allotted time, for which we are so grateful! I sent Danae a few suggestions of the kind of songs we like, and she took it and ran with it and song after song was just perfect, we danced all night long, as did pretty much all of our guests too - it's all that we wanted and more... Already thinking about what our next event can be so I can book West Coast again! Thank you West Coast!"

"I just recently played at a little wedding celebration - the happy couple and their toddler, and me with my little set up playing in the corner while they ate cake. Even the kid danced a little, and they had a good afternoon. Here is their review sent to Encore (who did the booking): Alex L, 1 hour ago Wedding in Blackfriars Priory, Ladybellegate St, Gloucester GL1 2HN, UKSean was our saxophonist for our elopement wedding and I can not fault him at all! He was so accommodating with our song requests/genre and even played a few songs for our toddler. Absolutely fantastic. The venue commented on how great he was and so did everyone we showed the videos to. Would 110% recommend and would love to have Sean again at another event. Thanks Sean! :)"
