"From start to finish The Crotchet Club were absolutely superb. The booking process was so easy – they were communicative and helpful throughout, in the run up to the event they were on the ball with information and on the day they were just fantastic. Their sets were perfect to set the tone for our wedding reception – as we were told by all of our guests repeatedly on the day and since!"

"I booked The Crotchet Club for my wedding. They were brilliant! They were hugely accommodating and I had excellent communication with them prior to the big day. We were able to choose songs that I liked from their extensive repertoire. As three musicians trained at the Royal Academy their playing was impeccable and helped bring a jazzy, fun vibe to the event. Several of my guests are musicians and commented on the band’s excellent performance. I would not hesitate to book this band again for another event. Finally, our wedding breakfast overran slightly and yet the band kindly stayed a little longer to accommodate this. Very happy with my choice to go with them!"

"….Friends Restaurant, three times winner of the ‘Best Restaurant with Entertainment in Australia’, has booked Australian acts like Daryl Braithwaite and Mental as Anything and international acts such as The Platters and The Searchers. But it is the tribute acts like The Australian Beatles, AbbaFab and The Australian Blues Brothers provided by All Star Showstoppers that have patrons saying it is the best show they’ve been to. "I just had the opportunity to review the most recent release, Everything Can Change, from Adam Karch and it's an interesting mix of acoustic and electric fused folk/blues music with solid vocals. Opening with It's Your Song, a contemporary, radio style track with a solid melody and clean acoustic guitar work, Adam Karch shows his stuff on vocal and guitar, backed by Richard Deschenes on bass and Marc-Andre Drouin on drums. JJ Cale's classic, After Midnight gets a substantial rework and I like it. Starting with acoustic slide and fine finger picking, Karch's stylistic vocal phrasing really changes the track and it's as cool as the original. Very nice. Porch Groove (Sunday Morning) is a real relaxing meandering melody on acoustic guitar. Very nice. Another nice cover is Bob Dylan's Don't Think Twice, It's Alright. Karch has one of those voices that is warm and refreshing and his picking style is clean and concise. Very nice. Wrapping the release is another Porch Groove (Saturday Evening) with a more contemporary finger picked melody. Karch is a talented musician and vocalist who has put together a real nice release. "

"Paul plays every month at our venu. Our clientel range from 30s to 60s and every time Paul engages with the customers and plays requests if he knows the songs. He plays a wide range of music/songs to suit everyone. He also has a good following to his gigs. A great choice for events and birthdays . "
