"“For an introduction to the world of Flamenco, Flamenco Sol is a must watch” ★★★★ Perth Happenings, 2023 Aire Flamenco has dispelled my preconceptions of what Flamenco is. Even when frenetic, there is finesse to the stamping, akin to the quick shuffle of a tap dancer. In fact, it is grace under fire as despite the furious footwork you might see and hear, there is restraint in movement, most noticeably in the wrists and fingers which always remain gentle and languid. And that’s not all I learnt about flamenco, while watching Flamenco Sol. Aire Flamenco is a melting pot ensemble of performers who boast a combined wealth of international experience. Sunday’s performance featured Marcus Perrozzi (percussion), Justin Kutylowski (guitar and vocals), Raquel Avellan (dance and vocals), Valeria Gonzalez (dance) and Maree Laffan (dance). Through Flamenco Sol, this talented troupe invites the audience for a brief tour of the world of Flamenco. In Flamenco, almost every prop has a purpose, nothing is just ornamental. From the taps of the baston (cane) and the sliding flick of the hand fan to the flowy bata de cola (skirt) to accentuate the twirls of the dancers. Even the humble clap and slap of what looked like an ordinary wooden box stool played their parts in providing a rich musical experience. I was drawn in by the farruca, with its assertive and sharp stamps contrasting with the soulful, emotive voice of the male vocalist. I also enjoyed the fan dance, which was truly mesmerising to watch as each opening and closing swish of the fan partnered perfectly with the beats of the percussionist. For an introduction to the world of Flamenco, Flamenco Sol is a must watch. I know I’ll be keeping an eye out for future gigs by Aire Flamenco. "

"We have booked a group of dancers for my wedding who pulled out last minute, I was super stressed and when we reached out to Kanushree, she was super reassuring and responsive. Despite the last minute notice she still pulled together a dance set with the songs we wanted, performed beautifully, and had the entire wedding dancing for hours!! People were raving to me after about how I had the best wedding they'd ever been to and I guarantee it's because of her. She stayed way longer than our allotted time to ensure guests were engaged and dancing and not shy. Especially for non Indian guests, her experience as a dance teacher helped them feel comfortable loosening up and learning some easy moves. Thank you!!!!"

"Wow - Vivi was absolutely incredible! She exceeded everything we could have imagined. Given it was an arabic wedding, we had alot of people who are hard to impress, but everyone commented on how amazing Vivi was and how impressive her technique was 🫶🏽 Thank you Vivi for being such a special part of our wedding day and for leaving all of our guests completely amazed. "We hired Alexa and her colleague from NYC without meeting them for our wedding in Barcelona. They were so fabulous and did the most amazing job at entertaining our guests and adding Arabic culture to our wedding. We even worked out the songs and music beforehand over zoom. Highly recommend! 🩷"

"Abbiamo contattato Elisabetta, per la festa di pensionamento di mio padre. È stata una festa incredibile. Le ho chiesto di fare due esibizioni di danza orientale e l'ultima esibizione di Samba più l'intrattenimento per gli ospiti. Tutti gli ospiti sono rimasti molto contenti. Eravamo rimasti male Qualche anno fa, dopo aver invitato una ballerina di danza orientale di Perugia, e non è piaciuta a nessuno. Elisabetta con la sua eleganza, la sua disinvoltura, la sua allegria ed energia è riuscita a farci piacere nuovamente la danza orientale e a farci conoscere il sam. Ti ringrazio moltissimo per il tuo lavoro siamo stati tutti veramente molto contenti, mi hai fatto fare bella figura con gli ospiti. Grazie ancora un bacione. Gessica"

"Die Show war wunderschön, für uns das Highlight. Sie war in weiß kostümiert, wie gewünscht. Alle Gäste fanden, dass das ein toller Abschluss war und eine sehr gelungene Überraschung. Wir als Brautpaar wurden mit eingebunden, wie besprochen. Künstlerische Qualität 5 von 5 Sternen Hübscher Bauchtanz, sehr schöne Lichtshow mit Flügeln. Performance/Auftritt 5 von 5 Sternen Die Länge der Darbietung war total auf den Punkt. Nicht zu lang, nicht zu kurz. Anklang beim Publikum 5 von 5 Sternen Weiterempfehlung Ja Jeden Cent wert. "
