Acoustic acts are the usual answer when a venue has a noise limiter or the ceremony is outdoors, since most can play with very little amplification or none at all. Ask how the band handles the quieter parts of the day: many will cover a drinks reception and dinner as a duo, then bring the full line-up out for the evening.

Acoustic bands in Malta play unplugged or lightly amplified, which suits ceremonies, drinks receptions and rooms with a sound limit. Most work from popular songs rearranged for acoustic instruments, and many offer a smaller line-up for the daytime and a fuller one after dinner.
Outdoor ceremonies, marquees and rooms with a strict noise limit are the obvious cases, because an acoustic set carries without a PA fighting the limiter. They also suit long events where the music has to sit under conversation for part of the day and lead it later. Ask whether the band brings its own small PA, since even acoustic acts usually want vocal reinforcement in a larger room.
Rates for a duo in Malta start at €150 and rise to €1,800+ for a five-piece with full instrumentation, with most bookings around €500. Line-up size is the main variable, followed by how many hours of playing you need and how far the band travels.
The average price is €500 (EUR), with most priced from €150 to €1,800+. Contact the supplier you like for an accurate quote.

Danilo - singer & entertainer
"5 stars deluxe
Dear Danilo,
Now we would like to write a review for you and your brother Tobias.
We decided on a complete package of DJ + singer + photographer for our wedding and were mega happy with the all-round carefree constellation. You are really a great and well-rehearsed team.
Danilo, your singing had already moved us to tears when we met you. It was simply wonderful to dance our wedding dances with life song. All our guests were thrilled and full of praise, especially the bridesmaids when you performed your show. Also, you were up for any fun. ?
When Danilo wasn't singing, his brother Tobias was the DJ and provided us with great dance music. We had a lot of fun, especially at the Ostrock Block.
We can wholeheartedly recommend all three of you and would book you again and again. Keep up the good work.
Hopefully we'll see you three again sometime.
For now, enjoy your well-deserved holiday.
Best regards
Steffy & Marco"
Acoustic Coverband Gold Collective
"We booked Gold Collective for our wedding in Amsterdam where we had to keep the volume down, but we still wanted people dancing—and they made it happen! Everyone loved the cajón player; his beats brought so much energy and got everyone moving.
Sorry we didn’t get to say goodbye properly—we were still busy chatting with guests who kept telling us what a great party it was! We’re looking through the photos now and smiling all over again. Thank you for such a brilliant evening!"
Paola Fiore Burgos
"I have had the opportunity and the good fortune to work as a Sound Technician with Paola Fiore on many occasions over the last two years, in the various formats in which she presents her performances (solo, duo, trio...). Additionally, in the live music venues where I also programme live performances, I usually count on her as long as her professional schedule allows.
It is always a pleasure to collaborate with this excellent vocalist. She offers a broad repertoire that can suit practically any requirement in terms of type of music and audience. Her interaction with the audience is always appropriate and fits the venue of the performance very well.

TheItalianDuo
"Niccolò and Antonio were absolutely fantastic! They performed during our meal and evening celebrations. The music selection was exactly as we requested and performed to a high standard! Their choice of music was very appropriate for the various moments from slow to upbeat and from instrumental to lyrical accompaniement. Everyone loved the performance! They had every guest engaged with their music! I would have no hesitation in reccommending them for any occasion as they were so professional. Thank you Niccolò and Antonio for enhancing our beautiful day!!"
Samuel singer and guitar player
"I had the chance to meet Samuel during an evening in Rome at a venue, and his music left me speechless. You don't see talents like this around very often. Listening to him is like taking a journey through the world of blues, soul and rock n' roll from the 60s to today. We have already set a date together for a private event. He is super available and kind and has already fulfilled every request, and I can't wait to hear him again! I really recommend him to anyone who wants to make any evening something special for everyone lucky enough to witness it. Thank you Samuel! You're amazing!!"
PJ Solo Sax n Vocals
