It was a very uplifting and emotional event and Valerie’s renditions of jazz tunes including I Will Always Love You, Smile, Wonderful World, Blue Sky, I’ll be Seeing You and others were very well done and added immensely to the celebration. There’s a suave, jazzy, bluesy feel to this song, with great lead and backing vocals. It’s sultry, sensual, mysterious, and controlled, yet it has its powerful moments. And who can resist a great sax solo? Those things will draw you in, and soon The Unknowns will be known."

"From the very first time I saw/heard this band at the FAIRVIEW PUB I knew they were something special, what sets this band apart from most is the way they play as a seamless unit, great jams that can get you moving on the dance floor and every member of the band is a really nice person that will engage in a conversation with any fan. I have seen them play many many times and each time I leave I am left wanting more and awaiting the next show. If you have not seen this band I suggest you take the time to seek them out and hear what you have been missing"
