The cost of hiring entertainers can vary significantly depending on the type of supplier. The average price is currently $483. Budget-level suppliers may be available for as low as $19, while top-tier suppliers can command prices as high as $7083.

Booking entertainers as early as possible increases the chance of securing their availability on your event date, particularly during busy times of the year. However, many suppliers also accept last minute bookings, and we have successfully arranged performances for clients with just a few hours' notice.

Contact the supplier you are interested in booking by clicking "Contact Now" on their listing. Discuss your requirements using our messaging system or join a video meeting (like a Zoom-call) to speak face-to-face. Once you are ready to confirm your booking, simply ask the supplier to send you a contract, which you can agree to online, or request amendments. Once you agree to the contract you will be asked to pay a 10% deposit to confirm the booking, with the balance payable directly to the supplier by the due date you've agreed on.

Most entertainers are self-sufficient and bring the equipment they need for standard event settings. However, for larger venues or events with over 300 guests, additional sound or visual aids may be necessary to ensure the performance is effective and engaging for the entire audience. Some entertainers may also offer lighting options for their act, but this could come with an additional charge. Alternatively, they might recommend a trusted third-party supplier to provide any extra lighting or staging equipment. We recommend discussing these details directly with your entertainer during the booking process to ensure everything is covered.
