Booking an event DJ in Sitges, Catalonia, Spain usually starts with a short brief: date, venue, guest numbers and the kind of night you want. Quotes tend to come back within a day or two, and most DJs will offer a call to run through the plan before you confirm. The strongest candidates ask as many questions as they answer, from timings to what the room is like.
Most setups need a table or booth space near a power supply and 60 to 90 minutes to load in and sound-check before guests arrive. Tell the DJ about stairs, long carry routes or upstairs function rooms when you enquire, since they move heavy speakers and stands. Some venues fit sound limiters that cut power when volume crosses a set threshold; a DJ who knows this in advance can configure their rig to stay under it. Outdoor receptions and marquee events need dry, covered ground and a reliable power source, so agree those details with the venue early.
A strong event DJ builds the night around your brief rather than a fixed routine. Share a shortlist of must-play tracks, anything to avoid, and the shape of the evening, from arrival music through dinner to the main dance set. Decide in advance whether guests can request songs on the night, and mention any themed or multilingual sets you need so the DJ can prepare the right library. Most are happy to source specific tracks ahead of the event if given notice.
Most DJs in Sitges quote per event rather than per hour, with evening bookings running from €95 to €1,250+ and typical spends around €370. Hourly figures usually only appear for short add-on slots or extra time at the end of the night. When comparing quotes, check what is included: sound equipment, lighting, setup time and travel are normally built in, while uplighting, an extended set or a separate system for a second room adds to the fee. December dates and peak-season weekends are the first to go, so confirm your date as soon as the venue is settled.
The average price for Event DJs available in Sitges, Catalonia, Spain is €370 (EUR). Above you will also find a budget price and high end price. Contact the supplier you like for an accurate quote.

Diaphora
"Diaphora was outstanding! She accommodated lots of music requests and made the party so special. She was flexible in where to set up, starting round the pool area and then moving to a courtyard later in the evening to manage noise restrictions. 10/10 experience."
Sax & DJ Borja
"Communication was brilliant on the lead up to the wedding - this was vital as we were an English couple flying over to marry in Sitges.
We only gave the DJ a few suggestions of artists but they played brilliant music all evening. Great choices of music for all.
The saxophonist was great and gave an added extra to the evening.
Would recommend :)"
Lorenzo Cassigoli DJ
"Hello Lorenzo, just a quick message to say thank you very much for playing an instrumental part in making the best day of our lives perfect! My feet still hurt from dancing so much, thank you for managing to download everyone's requests, although some of them were a little funny hahaha! I should have vetted beforehand :) With the exception of the weather, although we were very lucky, we wouldn't change a thing. We, along with all of our friends and family cannot stop talking about how perfect the weekend was. Wishing you all a wonderful remainder of the year. Best, Rebecca and Sebastien."
