Rates for a DJ-led set in Dortmund open at around €160 and average €400, rising to €1,150+ once sax, percussion and a vocalist join. A Saturday will cost noticeably more than the same booking midweek. Most acts take a deposit to hold the date with the balance due before or on the day, so check when each one expects payment and what the cancellation terms are. It is also worth agreeing an overtime rate up front: nights built on this style tend to run late, and a figure settled at 1am is rarely the one you would have negotiated beforehand. Petra Herič
"A wonderful night❤️ - 5 stars!
Petra, played the violin for us during the 90 minute straight opening of our masked ball. She played amazing and she adjusted the music to the people. A track list with all the classics but also new popsongs! She has a great presence in the room and dresses up to the theme bringer her own mask and glitter dress to the ball. She drove for 3 hours straight towards our venue and was there perfectly on time. Petra, thank you!"

"We booked Saxperience on short notice for our wedding and it was a great decision! He is very friendly and responses very fast!
His style to play in combination with his playing is AMAZING! Everybody enjoyed his music! We booked him for enternaiment and for nice chill music, but he played so well, that the party already started! Definetly reccomand him! 10 of 10, 5 out of 5 stars!"
Ruud de Vries
"Nothing less than an authentic 10! The performance by DJ and tenor saxophonist Ruud de Vries exceeded more than our expectations, both in terms of the genre of music Ruud played and the quality of it. All our guests (including ourselves) were absolutely thrilled and experienced a fantastic swinging evening, particularly due to his performance. Several of our guests even asked us: 'Where did you actually find him?"
