Our guests were thoroughly entertained, the music was perfect, and the lads were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would give them an 11/10 rating if I could." Based in Dublin, Leinster (28 miles from Navan) 1st June 2026 Andrew O'Keefe - Private Wedding Photo of Shindig Wedding Band Shindig Wedding Band "Simply the best. As I said many times, we were not looking for a wedding band in Ireland, we wanted an Irish Band that does weddings. Well we found them. In March of 2024 my wife and I were in Ireland to preview my daughter's wedding venue in Co. Monaghan at Castle Leslie. We did not have a band yet and happened into Temple Bar and fortunately for us Sparky was playing with an awesome fiddle player and we were hooked. Quick conversation and some planning with Gav and they were booked. They were incredibly accommodating and helped coordinate all of the music for the day including ceremony, Cocktail 2 Hours(!), Shindig for the evening and even a DJ inserted in the middle. They also worked with me and my band to do some of the first dances etc. for my daughter and our families. As a musician myself, I know good when I see it and these guys were awesome! I can't wait to play with them again!" A pleasure to listen to. Selection of songs were perfect (something for everyone). The communication before the event was brilliant too. Will definitely be booking again."
