My husband and I booked Alex for our wedding just about 10 days before the big day and Alex was great at communicating, offering creative ideas, and adapting without much notice. He showed up hours in advance to make sure technology worked smoothly alongside our DJ, and he bravely played in front of our crowd of ~165 French and American guests moving between dinner tables during dessert and then around the dance floor alongside our DJ for several songs. Having him in the center of the dancing was a huge crowd pleaser. He brought the energy up from about 7/10 to 11/10! ;) everyone loved it so much and he will truly remain such a highlight of our wedding day! Awesome experience hiring Shaal Sax!"

"Really great having Jon perform for our wedding. He was very professional and booking and communications were straightforward and timely, making it really easy to book and not have any worries despite being in the UK!
Jon played for our cocktail hour and was absolutely incredible, so good in fact that it took a few of our guests a minute to notice it was a live performance and not a track! It really added to the relaxed atmosphere we were going for during our cocktails, and everyone loved it!
Later in the evening we had our DJ playing with Jon playing some more tunes that just kept everyone dancing, we even had a conga-style line with Jon at the helm at one point. Really really fun experience and loved having Jon performing for us, highly recommended!

As we don’t speak French, it was especially important to us that communication could also be handled in English, and everything went smoothly throughout the planning process.
The performance itself was absolutely wonderful. They are both incredibly talented musicians, and the singer has a truly beautiful voice. The pianist was also excellent, and together they created a fantastic atmosphere for our special day.
