Availability tightens around December and the summer wedding season, so the most in-demand acts in Todi are often booked six to twelve months ahead. Bands based close to your venue usually quote less, because travel time and any overnight costs are built into the fee. Ask what a quote covers before comparing two acts: some include PA and stage lighting, others price them separately.

Soul Bands in TodiParty bands in Todi, Umbria, Italy play popular music across several decades, from Motown and classic rock to current chart hits, adjusting the setlist and energy to suit the room. Also called function bands, these acts usually run to 3 to 6 musicians and are booked for weddings, birthdays, corporate functions and private parties.
Set structure varies more than most people expect. A typical evening booking is two 45-minute sets with a break, and many bands supply a DJ playlist to cover the gap so the music never stops. Confirm how early the act needs access for setup, whether the venue has a sound limiter, and whether the band will learn a specific song for a first dance.
Rates for function bands in Todi range from €200 to €3,150+, with the average booking at €1,000. Band size is the biggest factor: a three-piece costs less than a six-piece with brass or a second vocalist. Performance length, travel distance and whether the act supplies its own PA and lighting all move the figure.

Midnight Shakers
"We had the pleasure of listening to Midnight Shakers Musical Duo on our recent birthday/ Wedding Anniversary cruise. They played such an eclectic set of music, at each performance, and each set was unique. Daisy and JJ were extremely personable and interacted with the audience making everyone feel part of the performance. They definitely came across as doing something they love and it wasn't 'just a job'. They made our celebratory cruise so special and we have cherished memories thanks to both Daisy and JJ."
Tunes For Two
"Marta and her partner were a real delight.
As this was a family dinner I didn’t want the band to be too dominant, so that we were still able to talk and have a conversation.
It was absolutely perfect and they even gave us a bit of extra time. Thank you so much."
