He went to the venue to check it out in terms of where he could play, the electrics, what he would need to bring with him, which was incredibly helpful to us. He organised a set list for us based on our tastes and we didn't need to change a thing as it was perfect. On the day itself, he arrived early to set up and was just lovely and friendly throughout, and he played so well.
