Rates for saxophonists in Essen run from €160 to €1,000+, with typical bookings around €410. Check what the figure covers before comparing quotes: PA and setup are usually included, travel may or may not be, and an overtime rate for running past the agreed finish is worth agreeing in writing rather than on the night. Most acts take a deposit to hold the date, with the balance due close to the event, and short notice tends to cost more rather than less, since a free Saturday in peak season is a date someone else has already turned down. Maya Fadeeva
"From the very first contact, with a great interest in making our event as perfect as possible musically, I was thrilled to accept MAYA’s suggestions - and it was exactly the right decision! Highly professional, always friendly and attentive, Maya and her bandmates guided us through our New Year’s Eve gala with vocals, saxophone, guitar, and the turntables. Charming and with a wonderful sense for the guests! Many, many thanks, and we can’t wait to have you with us again soon! :-)"
Nikolay Kasakov by SaxEventAgentur SEA
"Nikolay was a great addition to our corporate awards ceremony! He arrived early for our soundcheck and even brought outfit options for me to pick. He was great during our reception and more upbeat during our desserts. We were very happy to have him perform at our event, very friendly guy :)"
Jan van Oort Saxophonist

He adapted incredibly quickly to the crowd and the vibe of the evening, making his performance feel effortless and perfectly tailored. Our team absolutely loved it! Highly recommended!"

But the moment Kirsten started playing and the beautiful sounds of the saxophone echoed through the garden, you immediately feel that the party is truly completely right. Kirsten, thank you very much. We enjoyed your beautiful saxophone music. And what a nice and spontaneous person you are."
