"Such an intriguing musical style as well as fashion. It’s difficult to fit Randy Perkins into the typical box that makes us feel safe as viewers and listeners. Safe to admit there’s something likable or safe to follow on a musical journey. It’s mature music pulling from his influences but with a youthful devil-may-care approach. None of the edges of his music (and they enough to show confidence) have been smoothed out so much that any emotion or truth has been removed.
