ANTHEMS Band offers a fully self-sufficient, professional set-up, meaning the band can bring everything they need to run a full live show so that you don't have to worry about it. We quote you our band fee, presuming that your event venue has an in-house sound system they'd prefer us to use.. but if they don't have one, all sound and lighting equipment can easily be provided by the band - just let us know if you need that added into the initial band quote we give you. Also, a stage at your venue isn't necessary for the band to perform, though all bands are SO much more effective if your venue has one on site, set up ready for the band to use. A minimum stage performance area of 12 feet x 8 feet is preferred, but of course the band will happily accept a larger area if it becomes available! If there's no stage at the venue, let us know and we'll add one into our quote for you.
Generally, all we really need to know is the accurate venue address, and if the venue has a stage on-site. If they do, approx dimensions would be appreciated. We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue. They're totally fine for us to work with - but it's helpful to know ahead of the gig.
As a fully self-contained, premium pro party band, we cover every aspect for you, so that you don't have to worry about it. ALL VENUES have a policy of whether they require the band to play through the venue's own in-house sound system (usually as per their strict licensing requirements), or if they need the band to bring their own sound and lighting systems. With our state-of-the-art modular sound and lighting rigs, we're entirely happy to do either. Let us know if your venue needs us to bring our rigs instead of using theirs, and we'll make sure we include it all in our quote.
Of course! We will make sure we’re finished our stage set-up well before your guests start to arrive, and we’ll be sure to have a perfect, ambient SPOTIFY playlist playing, that suits your occasion perfectly, to present to your guests as they walk in. The same thing applies for any moments where we might be on a break.. we'll fire up perfectly-suitable break music, so that your party vibe continues to pump if we're not on stage.
So many premium gigs! ANTHEMS band members are noted for having toured globally for more than 10 years at the world’s most prestigious gigs. Literally thousands of overseas performances, including private shows at Buckingham Palace for HRH Queen Elizabeth II, Sir Richard Branson’s Christmas parties at his private UK residence, plus large concerts at major stadiums, and hundreds of other huge corporate events, globally. Tier-one global clients include Buckingham Palace, HSBC, British Airways, Regency Inns, Versace, Mercedes Benz, Virgin UK, Hard Rock Cafe Beijing, Manchester United FC, plus many others. Countries gigged in extensively include Australia, and for many years England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Italy, Norway, Turkey, Dubai, China, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Japan.
Any event where the crowd is pumped, and the venue is accommodating! If your party crowd is primed to go off - we'll be the rocket fuel they need!
We started as a family band when we were kids.. all of us grew up on stages around the world, playing pro party gigs and music in SO many different countries. We've all played thousands of major venues and gigs with heaps of celebrity stars, major artists and talented professionals. It's a long way to the top if you wanna rock n roll!
"You've got to know when to hold 'em!" Seriously - there are far too many famed artists who have influenced us in some way. And genres of different music - we're influenced fully by them all. Music is heavenly in all forms - except when it's Yoko Ono singing. :-\
As a pro party band, we know the event is ALL ABOUT YOU - not us.
That means every aspect of our booking is flexible - as flexible as you need it to be. We offer loads of booking options, in fact just too many to list here. For example:
✓ we can add extra band members like saxophone players, extra singers, a brass section etc..
✓ we can arrive earlier than our usual 6pm arrival time if your guests need us set up earlier.
✓ we can perform as purely an epic dancefloor party-pumping band, or:
✓ we can play a cocktail set or two for a classy earlier start to your event if that's preferred!
Really - whatever flexibility you need, just ask us and we'll provide best options that will suit your specific needs - we know every event is unique, so needs a unique approach to get the best results for you. Just ask, and we'll provide!
Of course. As a general rule, it ends up being a bit more expensive as outside areas need twice the sound system to cover it adequately, but that's not a problem for us to organise for you. The main thing is there must be an undercover area for us to set up in.. weather changes rapidly sometimes.. and rain and electricity is a bad combination! Otherwise yes, outside is all good!
Yes.. of course. But generally, as we're the party band experts, most people just leave us to it.. We read the crowd as we go, because they change on the spur of the moment, so we react with songs to suit. But by all means - check our 1,000 song repertoire and fill your boots if you wish!
We're BIG on fun.. and huge audience involvement, sing-a-long vibes (which usually end up being scream-along vibes, because our crowds get VERY keen once the party's kicked on!).. If you're super-keen - jump up and sing on stage with us!
Everyone's gig requirement is different.. so when you contact us with your gig brief, we'll customise everything for you. Our stage performance times can be anything you envisage. Just let us know your plans and we'll prioritise a spectacular outcome for you in whatever way you need.
