Yes, I'm completely self contained. I bring my own PA system to all of my gigs.
Yes, I’m happy to provide DJ music before, between, and after my sets. I’m happy to choose the music or let the client choose the music. Inquire about my DJ & Sax add-on service for your dance party needs.
My best gig I've ever done was performing at the Halifax Jazz Festival in Summer 2025. That is also the best venue I ever worked at.
Weddings and corporate events.
I started gigging at high school and and have performed in front of thousands since, in the States and in Canada.
David Sanborn is my favourite artist, and the greatest song of all time is After The Love Has Gone by Earth Wind & Fire.
I usually arrive 1 hour before the performance to set up. I normally perform 2 x 30 minute sets (1 hour gig) or 3 x 30 minute sets (1.5 hour gig) or 3 x 40 minute sets (2 hour gig). I'm happy to play a bit longer or shorter, according to your needs. I also provide a DJ & Sax add-on service, for your dance party needs- please inquire about this add-on service.
I'm happy to play outside, but I ask for shade/cover, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.
I can learn specific songs before the event but usually limit this to 5 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from my repertoire or let me choose the music for them.
I provide ambience for a calm evening at cocktail hour and can also provide a DJ & Sax add-on service for your dance party needs.
I play the soprano, alto, and tenor saxophones, and bring these to all gigs.
