We need to know if we will need to carry equipment up stairs or if there is an elevator. If access to the performance venue is via stairs only , we will need to know many flights. Carrying equipment up and down stairs may incur an extra charge.
Yes, we bring our own PA , instruments and anything else we need.
Yes, we can curate a playlist for breaks based on what kind of music you specify, or you can create a Spotify list of your own and we will use it.
My band played at a downtown St. louis club for several nights during and directly after The St. louis Cardinals won the 2011 World Series. It was an amazing time to be performing power hits from bands like Journey and Bon Jovi as you could feel the excitement of the fans in the air!
Weddings are my favorite type of event to perform at because it’s exciting to be part of the Bride, Groom and Family’s special day!
I have been a professional musician for many years as well as a composer, teacher, author and small business owner.
My biggest influences are Broadway and the great American songbook as well as The Beatles, Queen, Steely Dan, Billy Joel, and Elton John.
I normally arrive 2 hours before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best.
I am happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.
I have a large songlist for customers to pick from and I’m happy to learn one special song that is not on the list (for example - for a First Dance at your wedding.
Previous customers are thrilled with what I do because I play songs that they know in love, I am very receptive to changes in volume requests such as making the music louder or softer, interacting with the crowd in a fun way, and generally promoting a fun atmosphere and good times!
Yes! ! One of my specialties is working with my clients in the weeks and months before the event, particularly if it’s a very personal event like a wedding. We will make sure everything is exactly the way you want it to be.
Yes! if your event needs an MC I have had years of experience leading events. Also, in the months before, I will work with you to come up with a good itinerary for the event (special moments at weddings etc)
Yes, gladly.
I just moved back to St. Louis, so no recent clients but in past years have played many events, weddings, wineries, etc..
