Hi, my name is Eli Lane, and I’m a solo violinist based in Melbourne. I’m available to play at weddings, private events, restaurants and other special occasions.
I have experience performing with orchestras such as the Casey Philharmonic Orchestra and the Melbourne Youth Orchestra, which have helped me develop my skills and passion as a violinist.
I love being able to bring live music to people’s special moments, whether it’s playing during a wedding ceremony, creating a nice atmosphere at an event, or performing a song that means something special to you.
I’m happy to play any style of music, and I’m open to song requests as long as I’m given enough time to learn and prepare them. Whether you’re after classical music, pop, movie soundtracks, or something completely different, I’ll do my best to bring your ideas to life.

The best gig I have ever done is play at Hammer Hall in Melbourne with the Melbourne Youth Orchestra.
I love playing at all types of events, I just love sharing my music with people and help making perfect memories.
I started gigging when I was little just at Christmas time but as I grew older I start ed playing for the Melbourne Youth Orchestras and the Casey Philharmonic Orchestras.
There have been many people that have inspired me to peruse gigging.
Xani Kolac is an amazing solo jazz violinist and I have looked up to her.
Arrive 30 mins before the performance to setup. I do a 45min set and happy to do as many different sets within the time given.
Yes I am verry happy to perform outside as long as it is clear from any wet weather.
I will have specific songs that I will play, but I would like to have at least 1 full set of requested song, or if you have every song that you would want me to play that works as well.
I am new within the private event gigging, but throughout all of my Orchestral performances and individual performances, the audience has been amazed and mesmerised. They have had many verry positive reactions and compliments.
