If I need power, you’ll need to provide a power source I can plug into!
If it is raining at all and the event is outside I will need adequate wet weather cover, or else I won’t be able to perform.
If it’s very hot outside on the day I will need to be in shade to avoid any of my equipment burning up.
I’ll need to know the venue in order to work out if I’ll need to add a travel fee to the client’s quote.
I’ll need to know sound limitations of the venue.
I just provide sound equipment.
If the event has a dj I typically liaise with them and hook my sound system onto their mixing board.
I can provide set lists me and the client have chosen together. But these songs must be locked in prior to the event in order for the booking to go smoothly.
