We need a minimum of 16 square feet to set up . Drummer must have a 6x8 solid flat surface to set up on. We don't use amplifiers or wedges, so we have a small footprint. In a perfect world we would have a stage 30 feet wide and 15 feet deep. We like to move
Load in information is needed. How far from the parking/unloading zone to the performance stage. How early before the show can we get in? we need at least 1 15 Amp circuit. We have everything else.
For events up 150 people we provide our own sound and lights at no additional charge. For larger events, You will need to provide sound and lights or we will work out a deal. Typical sound and lights run from $1500 to $5000 per event in the over 150 people situation.
We always play appropriate prerecorded music during our breaks.
We played at Reunion Arena in Dallas Texas for a crowd of about 10,000 people. It was awesome. We have also done many music festivals and 4th of July shows. Lots of fun.
We love Playing Big venues, but private corporate events and intimate private parties are the most fun.
I have been doing this for more than 15 years. I started touring with my band and playing music for a living because I need the rush of live performance and music is my life.
Steely Dan or Tower of Power??? Very tuff to choose, and then What about Cream or the Doobie Brothers? Should I even mention Robin Trower who started with Procol Harum doing Whiter Shade Of Pale? Then there is Glenn Hughes with Trapeze doing "What is a Woman's Role" ? I have more than 1000 albums, please don't get me started.
It usually takes us about 3 hours to set up. We really like good sound
We love to perform outside, but we require cover from the sun and the rain. The drummer must have a 6x8 foot platform to set up on. If it is raised 24" that is a plus for him and for the show. everybody likes to watch the drummer. The bass player and I like a little room to move around but its not a requirement, but the show is better.
We will add your two favorite songs with a 60 days advance booking. (unless we are already doing them) We will try to tailor the show to your needs. Last 4th of July we added 15 tunes for that show but it was booked 6 month in advance and the fee was sufficient.
You guys are GREAT. We love the tune selection and the variety that you play. You look amazing. Its nice to see a band dressed like a band. Everyone was excited and you never stopped.
Yes we take requests. If you book 60 days in advance we will add your two favorite tunes.
Yes it the performance is more than 150 mile from Houston we will need 6 rooms in a holiday inn or Drury inn or similar clean motel in the area.
