By preparing these two key elements, you'll help us create the best possible show and ensure everything runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Load-In Times and Location

To ensure everything is set up and ready for a stellar performance, we typically require a specific load-in time prior to the event start. This allows us to carefully transport, set up, and test all our equipment without any last-minute rush.

Load-In Times: We generally aim to arrive at least 2 hours before the event starts. This timeframe helps us ensure that the sound system, lighting, and any additional gear are perfectly positioned and functioning correctly. Please confirm your venue’s load-in time to accommodate our setup schedule.

Location: The load-in location should be easily accessible and close to the performance area. Ideally, there should be direct access for transporting our equipment from the entrance to the stage area, minimizing the distance and effort involved. If there are any specific loading dock instructions or restrictions, please inform us in advance.

It’s tough to pick a single "best" gig because every show brings something unique, but one that stands out was a night when everything just clicked—the energy from the crowd, the vibe on stage, and the overall atmosphere made it unforgettable. As for venues, we’ve played in some incredible spots, each with its own charm, but the best venues are the ones where the audience is fully engaged and the sound is dialed in perfectly. When both the crowd and the venue work together, that's when the magic happens.

We love all types of events, but there’s something special about playing at weddings and private functions. The energy is always incredible because people are in a celebratory mood, and it’s an honour to be part of those unforgettable moments. That said, we also thrive in live music venues where the crowd is there purely for the music, and we can really cut loose. Whether it's a personal event or a packed gig, we just love playing where people are ready to have a great time.

Our journey started like many bands—just a group of friends with a passion for music, jamming together and discovering our sound. Before Ignita, we each had our own musical backgrounds, playing in different bands, from local garage groups to semi-professional setups. Eventually, we realized we shared a vision for a band that stood out from the usual cover scene, so we came together in 2019 to form Ignita. Our first gigs were small local shows, but the response was electric, and that momentum pushed us to play bigger venues and events. Since then, we've built up a solid reputation for delivering high-energy performances that leave a lasting impression.

As a band, our influences span a wide range of artists, especially from the heavier side of the 90s, 2000s, and 2010s. Bands like Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Rage Against the Machine, and Soundgarden have definitely shaped our sound, but we’re also inspired by some lesser-known gems from those eras. It's hard to pick a single favourite artist because each of us brings different influences to the table, which is what makes our sound so diverse.

As for the greatest song of all time, that’s almost impossible to answer! But if we had to choose, it might be something like Nirvana’s "Smells Like Teen Spirit." It completely changed the music landscape and is still as iconic today as it was when it first hit. That song's impact on alternative and mainstream music is undeniable.
