Performing as Mellow Guitar, Chris plays a mixture of well known guitar tunes and familiar standards and can provide guitar music suitable for formal receptions or dinner music or less formal parties and events. A range of suitable amplification is available to suit the venue. Mellow Guitar is ideal in situations where the sound level needs to be controlled while contributing to the atmosphere in an entertaining way and Chris has experience of playing in a variety of venues such as function suites, restaurants, art galleries, garden parties and other open air venues. Playing outdoors is not a problem and battery powered equipment is available on request for performing just about anywhere.

Previous experience includes solo and group performing with jazz, pop and folk bands. I started doing gigs while still at school.

Setup normally takes about 45 minutes to one hour. Performance time is typically two one hour sets or three sets of 40 minutes with breaks of no more than 30 minutes. Background music can be provided during breaks.
