The most awarded One Man Band/Guitarist/Vocalist in the United States! Awarded "Top Performer" on Gig Salad, "Rapid Responder, Best of 2012-2024, "Rising Star 2013, 2016, 2017, 2018" and "Lifetime" by The Bash/Gigmasters for an uninterrupted decade of consistently booking live performances. Riley's One Man band is the most versatile in the nation, regularly playing classical, gospel, jazz, rock, country, pop and blues - often in the same show!
"I've been performing solo for more than 20 years, after working as a full time professional musician many years. As a full time guitar teacher and voice talent, I bring all this experience to my One Man band shows. This includes wedding proposals, ceremonies and receptions, funerals, corporate, private and public shows, cruises and more! I am honored and pleased by the awards and thankful to every client that hires me for their special event."
"I have three different variations on my award winning show. First is simply acoustic guitar, nylon or steel string. This is terrific for weddings, funerals, etc where a client only needs soft background music or a significant song to be performed at just the right time. Second is the acoustic guitar and vocals, with or without backing tracks. Many clients like this approach and gives me the chance to sing as well as play guitar without being obtrusive. The third approach is with my electric guitar and custom tracks I create at my professional studio. I even do my own background vocals, just like recording artists making a record. Live, I perform the lead guitar and vocal with these custom tracks to sound better than a live band and many times just like the record. Watch the videos and see for yourself!
"I have one of the most varied playlists of any solo performer or group. Everything from classical guitar, traditional, smooth and acoustic jazz to pop, standards, traditional, modern and Texas dirt country to classic, modern rock and blues. For anything not on this playlist of 200+ songs, I am happy to add your favorites to a break playlist. Whatever you're looking for, get in touch with me today. Together, we'll make your event unsurpassed!"

Area at least 4' X 5', preferably with working AC power within 10-15 feet of performance area.
Directions if the venue isn't a regularly known location or landmark. Also, if it's a hotel or other large venue, I'll need to know where to unload and/or set up for the performance.
Yes I do.
No, but I bring break music with me on all shows and always play that during breaks.
Too many to list but opening for the Ernest Tubb, Four Tops, Gene Watson, Iron Butterfly, accompanying Fabian, Frankie Ford, Peggy Sue & Sonny Wright, jamming with Robben Ford at GIT would be some highlights. Too many venues to list but highlights would be The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, Fairmont Hotels in Dallas and Kansas City, The Palomino in North Hollywood and the Longbranch in Raleigh, NC.
Private parties, especially surprise parties, corporate functions, weddings and funerals.
I began performing with my father in Church as a teen and began performing professionally by my senior year of high school.
My dad, many 60's and 70's artists, blues, jazz, rock, prog and country music. No such thing as a "greatest song of all time," in my opinion.
Arrive 30-40 minutes ahead of time for setup, change into stage clothing, etc.
As long as it's not too hot or too cold, yes. I prefer a covered area and a flat surface to stand or sit on.
Anything on my song list is fine. Clients can contact me about a specific song but it may require an additional fee.
Very professional, sounds just like the record, great singer, very versatile and great variety of music.
