The Signature String Quartet consists of Hannah, Helen, Pip and Mike, all of whom are full-time professional musicians, classically-trained to degree level at the Birmingham Conservatoire (School of Music). We have had the pleasure of performing as a string quartet for more than 15 years, providing entertainment for weddings, corporate events, birthdays and more across the Midlands and beyond.
Individually, the players have performed alongside such high profile acts as Dionne Warwick, Gloria Estefan, Alfie Boe, Michael Ball, Il Divo and Katherine Jenkins to name but a few. Venues have included the Albert Hall, the O2, Symphony Hall and Wembley Arena.

All we ask for is for four armless chairs, a decent space for us to play and either a soft drink or tea/coffee. We do ask that some light refreshments of sandwiches or similar can be provided for bookings of 3 hours or more. If you'd prefer us to arrange these ourselves to save you the time, that's no problem at all and we will just add a little extra to our fee.
We are happy to play outside as long as suitable shade is provided if it is sunny. Our instruments are very valuable and cannot be used in direct sunlight or damp conditions. It is also difficult to play in low temperatures so we will usually only play outside during the months of May-September (exceptional weather circumstances outside these times would be considered of course).
There is no charge for setting up time. We will arrive to set up 30 minutes prior to us beginning to play.
